12/12/23 **THIS IS A COURTESY POST. BO IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. Meet “Bo!”  My rescuer named me after her favorite college football quarterback Bo Nix.  My rescue Mom thinks I was dumped or left behind when my people moved—how sad is that to be out in the crazy world with no family or friends?  I’m SWEET and a real Prince.  I love the laser pointer, and cat nip.  I’m food motivated and will demand wet food.  I have never shown aggression towards other cats when I was a stray or my human rescue Mom.  My rescue Mom can hold me and I love being petted on her lap.  A family home with children over 7 would be considered.  Not sure how I would do with dogs but possibly a calm, cat savvy friendly dog might work with proper introduction time.  Also with proper introduction time I think I would be okay with a cat pal too or a solo cat as long as you give me lots of love, and I’m your “main” man!  My rescue Mom took me to the vet and did the works:  neutered, vaccines, blood work and more! The vet estimated me to be nearly a year old. If you are interested please e-mail Shirley at pupepause@hotmail.com   An adoption application and agreement will be required to adopt me. INDOOR ONLY for Bo.

12/9/23 THIS IS A COURTESY POST. BEARLY IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT.

Meet Bearly! This bouncy boy loves just about everyone including other cats and cat-friendly dogs. Bearly is curious, fun-loving and full of energy! He greets his foster family as they walk into his room and loves the attention they give him. Eventually, he slows down and his inner sweet cuddliness comes through. Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and vetted, he will make a great addition to a family that can give him lots of love. If interested, email Patricia at dpcadams@comcast.net

12/8/23 **THIS IS A COURTESY POST. Meredith is NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY; For more information, email Katie at drwilloughby@cpahvet.com.

Meet Meredith, a precious 11 year old gal looking for a home to live out her golden years.

Meredith is a people LOVER. She will happily place herself between the computer screen and you if the petting pauses for too long. She knows how to steal the hearts of everyone she meets.

This one-eyed beauty is currently in a foster due to some inapproproate urination. This was happening a few times a week in her previous home. This behavior has not been displayed in her current foster home.

Meredith has never lived with other animals but comfortably shared her space when introduced to a polite dog.

As a senior cat, ongoing vet care is a must. This gentle soul deserves nothing but the best.  Meredith’s adoption fee is $110

If you’re interested in adopting or learning more about Meredith please email Drwilloughby@cpahvet.com.

Dusty is 7 months old 34 pound hound mix. Baby Dusty is a sweetheart of a puppy who loves people, cuddling and playing. He would do okay with kids 8 and older and would love to have a confident older dog sister to help show him the ropes and play with him. He would also live perfectly content with a confident cat. We would like him to have a house with a yard to continue his potty training and a positive reinforcement basic manners class is a requirement. If Dusty seems like the perfect addition to your family, fill out an application today! He comes to you neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated for an adoption fee of $500.

11/28/2023 **THIS IS A COURTESY POST – Millie IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY; PLEASE CONTACT SUSAN AT msfleskes@aol.com -or- 503-313-4024

Millie was rescued from a farm 7 years ago when she was about 8 months old.  The farmer was going to shoot her so I ran over to get her – and she has been an indoor cat ever since.  This sweet short haired tortoise girl has been spayed and is kinda shy when someone rings the doorbell…. she actually opens a sliding closet door, goes in and assesses the situation. So cute!  But once she warms up, she is a lap cat and answers to “sweetie girl” when she is called.  She’s not been around dogs (not sure about what went on at the farm as a kitten) and gets along great with our other three rescues.
