Hello! My name is Sampson and I am a hilarious, sweet 4 year old Malamute mix. You might notice my eyes are a little bug eyed. Well, that’s because I have had glaucoma all my life and am pretty much blind. In fact, to help relieve all the pressure and pain, the eye specialist says I should have my eyes removed asap. It will make me a feel a ton better! So after my surgery tomorrow, I will need an experienced foster to hang with while I recover. Since I will need to be low key for awhile, though I love my doggy friends, I really need a foster with no current pets or a low key older dog that won’t try and play with me as much. Just until I have had time to recover of course! No kitties in my home please. Wendy the wonderful here! I am a sweet and charismatic 10-year-old lady cat that is ready to runaway to Never Never Land with you! I seem to become quick friends with everyone I meet, as I have a great personality and am full of character. I will probably be young forever like my friend Peter Pan, since at my age I still am very playful and inquisitive and social with everyone I meet! My foster parents say that I’m extremely affectionate and cuddly, and I sleep on their bed with them every night. I love cuddling and playing with my stuffed mouse, as well as chasing my tail! I am very adventurous and always looking for new places to sit or nap. I love being around people, and if there’s a group of people around you can find me on someone’s lap or sitting as close as I can get, purring away. When I’m bonded with you, you’ll know it, as I’ll give you lots of head rubs and will make an effort to get close to you. I am not a fan of other kitties, and would definitely thrive in a cat-free home. My former person took great care of me and I’m in great health, though I am a hyper-thyroid kitty which means I have to take Methimazole twice a day to stay regulated. I eat my pill in a treat twice a day and otherwise don’t have any other needs besides a human or two by my side and a warm bed at night. I’m Allie, the adorable 5-year-old kitty with lots of love to give! I’m a very lively girl with a lot of personality that is very social and amiable to everyone I meet. My favorite things include laptime, catnip, and fish-flavored well… anything! Laptime and cuddles in bed are both very important to me — I will often lay on you or near you with my belly up, asking for rubs. I have a silly sort of “grumpy” meow, so while it may sound like I’m displeased, I promise I really don’t mind. My meow just gives me character and makes me even more entertaining! I’m a silly girl who goes nuts over the catnip and will get very spunky and playful. At only 5-years-old, I’m still pretty energetic but not overly so. I am the handsome Mr. Mustache! I’m a 6-month-old tuxedo boy that absolutely ADORES other cats and has a very fun and playful personality! I’m a very sweet boy that is always eager to chase a string toy and am quick to cuddle up in the covers with people when it’s quiet and time for bed. I am a little on the shy side and am learning to be confident around new people — since I’m still young, it is likely that I’ll grow out of my shyness and become much more social and outgoing, especially with all the nice people I’m meeting! One thing that really helps me feel comfortable and happy is other nice kitties like me. I love snuggling with my foster brother and I know I’d make a really great friend for any social kitty out there in need of one. The benefit will be mutual, since having a nice, confident kitty brother or sister will also teach me that the world isn’t so scary after all. Playtime will always bring me out of my shell! Zucca here! I’m an absolutely adorable and cuddly little 7-year-old lady kitty looking for a human or two to call my own. I’m very used to being pampered and totally adore attention. I’m a pretty petite little girl and am the perfect size to sit in a lap — which is one of my favorite pass-times! I’m also a spunky and playful kitty and will gladly chase Da Bird and hunt jingle balls around my foster mom’s apartment. I’m used to being an only kitty, so while I may eventually adjust to living around other animals, I’d probably prefer to be your one-and-only feline best friend. You won’t miss another kitty with me around! I’m a very affectionate girl and love to sleep in bed with my person and be with them whenever they’re around. I’m used to being entirely indoors and would do perfectly fine inside an apartment or house. I grew up in a home with a child and would do okay around calm, cat respectful children. My tummy is a little sensitive but don’t need any prescription food, just a specific diet you can find at the pet store and a daily medication to keep me feeling good! It’s possible that after I transition to my forever home, I will be able to wean off of my medication or start taking it less often, but for now I’m doing great on my current treatment. I am Douglas – the big, brown tabby looking for Love! I am an 11-year-old boy that is very playful. I will gladly chase toy mice around the house and keep myself entertained, whether the humans are there to play with me or not! I’m a pretty independent guy overall, but don’t get me wrong — I love people too! I’m a little bit on the bigger side and so am not necessarily a lap kitty, but that won’t stop me from cuddling next to you on the couch or finding your bed to sleep in at night. I like to be in the room next to you whenever you’re home, and wouldn’t at all mind if you needed to be gone at work all day. I’ll just entertain myself until you get home and we can Netflix and chill! I’m still new to my foster home and will sometimes watch from afar when new people come over, but it’s easy to coax me out because I’m so curious and will quickly warm up with treats and scratches! I’m a very handsome boy and very healthy as well — I’ve had recent bloodwork and a recent dental and have no special needs or diets at this time. I’d say I’m more “middle-aged” than senior! You certainly wouldn’t know I was a bit of an older gentleman if you met me. I have lived with dogs before and was not a fan, and although I’ve lived as an indoor-outdoor cat before, so far I seem perfectly happy in an indoor-apartment setting — especially during winter! I may enjoy a catio, porch, or backyard to lay in during the warmer months, but really I just need a dog-free home with a couple people to chill with and toys to chase! I am Liam the lovely and luxurious 5-year-old Maine Coon mix! I’m a big, fluffy, poly-dactyl kitty with a “large and in charge” personality that is looking for my next forever family. I am very active and playful and love to hunt my squeaky toys and chase after toy mice — I might even learn to play fetch if you tried! I’m definitely a very smart boy and want to explore everything — I’ll climb the tallest cat tree and explore all the nooks and crannies of my domain. Though I may not be much of a lap kitty (at 18 pounds, I’m a little big for that!), I always want to be near my human, checking out what they’re doing or asking for pets. Though I will flip over and show you my belly when I’m comfortable, that doesn’t mean I want you to pet it! Maybe once we become permanent family, you may one day earn that honor. I’m not a huge fan of being picked up yet either, and with my big strong paws, would probably do best in a home without small children. However, I am a people-lover and I also would love to have another furry friend in the home, whether it be a cat or — maybe even better — some dogs! I’m very confident and don’t shy away from new people, and given a little time, I think I’d absolutely love another animal to hang with. I was rescued as a stray and while I definitely don’t want to go back to an all-outdoor life, I would enjoy a little access to a backyard or catio — totally indoor apartment life has proven a little confining for me, and I definitely need room to stretch my legs.
