My name is Beethoven and I am an adorable and super affectionate 3 yo all white kitty. I am all about the pets, love, and attention from my human friends! In fact, when you hit the right spot, it’s “Roll over Beethoven” time, as I position myself just right for optimal petting. I am pretty chill guy who can usually be found napping in all types of silly positions, from upside down to curled up with paws over my nose. I am not a huge fan of other kitties or dogs, so I would be best as the only pet in the home. I am just very much a people cat and always down for snuggles, and making biscuits on your lap! Since I am an all white kitty and slightly hearing impaired, I will always need to be an indoor kitty. Which is just fine by me as I would much rather be curled up on the couch with you than go outside. Being a young gent, I sometimes am into play but I am not really high energy, so the game doesn’t last very long. In fact, my forceful head butts always let you know that I am ready for more skritches and attention. Handsome, sweet, and charming, I am ready to start composing my next symphony with you today! Fill out an application to set up a meet. I come to you vaccinated, micro-chipped, and neutered with an adoption fee of $100.

*THIS DOG IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY; PLEASE CONTACT LIAM AT liamwoods1@gmail.com *

Seeking the right home for my dog “Goose.” He’s a well trained 4 year old Labradoodle. He’s a mellow guy and will sleep next to you on the couch or floor for most of the day. He does like to cuddle and will fall asleep with his head on your lap or gleefully sleep in your bed if that’s allowed. I don’t let him in my bed so no pressure there, but friends do and he loves it. Goose does weigh about 80 lbs, so he’s on the large side. He’s 3/4 poodle 1/4 lab (F1B), neutered, not a chewer or digger, is well house trained, he is trained to only poop in one gravel area behind my house and not on the lawn (so that’s an options for others), he’s also trained to pull you on a skateboard if you are crazy in the same way I am… thought that’s kind of an experts only situation:)

He does sometimes pull the leash on walks, but is a quick learner when it comes to training.

He is very interested in cats but is not used to them since I do not have one and strangely none of my friends do either. I don’t think a house with a cat would be ideal. He loves the dogs he knows well but depending on the dog, he needs to meet new dogs slowly. He loves to play fetch. He’s also very good off leash on hikes. He is used to road trips, camping, hiking, etc… he’s been everywhere with me.

I’m not open to him living anywhere without a yard or property, or with anyone who’s work would leave him alone 9-5, sorry! He would do well with a family with kids above age 12 or so (he is a lot of klutzy excitable dog for the very little ones). He does do fine at home alone, I can leave him for 12 hours, I just rarely ever do that because it’s probably a bummer for him and I assume he really has to pee… A family or couple would be good, with a yard or property, or someone really devoted to dogs.

Goose had a professional assessment from a dog trainer today and this is what she said.

“I think Goose would do best in a home with no other dogs or a very confident female dog without fear or guarding issues. I would say no cats and children 12 and up. I think that the environment you’re looking for should be supportive to him not practicing barrier reactivity so watch for big windows and fences without visual barriers that are along spots with heavy foot traffic. I think someone who likes to hike and someone who has the means and the interest in continuing gooses training specifically focusing on his arousal/ reactivity while on leash and initially when greeting dogs. I would recommend in lieu of an adoption fee you request that the new owner complete two or three private training sessions.

He just needs the right environment to be happy and I can’t provide it. Basically he gets very excited and comes in a hot with new dogs, especially on leash. He does some resource guarding and barrier aggression (barking through fences). I’ll give anyone with interest lots more info.

My life has become extremely complicated with the pandemic closing my biz, illness in my family, and other complications that are not about Goose. I will not have the stability in the next few years to care for him and it’s not fair to him. This guy has been very well loved as I’ve had him since he was a pup and now my life has changed in ways that I need to embrace. It’s heartbreaking to try to find him another family but after agonizing about it for ages it’s finally time. I won’t be able to give him the home that he needs for years to come.

Please reach out or forward this to a friend if it sounds appealing. He could make someone very happy and be a great companion. Please let me know a bit about yourself and your living situation if you are interested by sending an email to liamwoods1@gmail.com

Sweet, affectionate, and full of snuggles, my name is Lilly and I am 12 year old Rat Terrier mix. Weighing in at 13 lbs, I am a petite lady with a giant heart bursting with love that I am ready to share with that special family. As you can see, I am pretty much fully blind, but my foster mom says I navigate really well and even have mastered the two steps that go into the yard. Even though I am pretty adaptable, having to move around a lot or into different rentals would be too much for me  since I would need to keep learning new layouts, so a stable living situation in a house would be my ideal retirement home. I am a pretty laid back gal who is fairly independent but still am always happy to snuggle by your side. I especially love to “burrito” into the blankets, which is where you can find me most of the day. Unless it is a sunny day, and then you can find me sunbathing out in the backyard. Even though I am always down for pets, because I can’t see, I can get startled sometimes and so an adult only home would be best. My foster says that I do really enjoy my walks, especially in a bit quieter neighborhood versus downtown. I have met other dogs and am currently residing with one in my foster, so a mellow dog who will respect my space would be ok. But I perfectly happy being your only pet companion too! My foster says that I am her favorite foster yet, but shhh. Don’t tell her I told you that! If you are looking for an easy going and calm pup who is eager to be your companion, well I am your gal! Fill out an application so we can set up a meet. I come to you vaccinated, microchipped, spayed with an up to date dental cleaning and bloodwork and an adoption fee of $350.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THESE CATS ARE NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON NORA & REN, PLEASE CONTACT DOUG AT THE EMAIL BELOW. PLEASE NOTE: THEY ARE IN THE SEATTLE AREA–

Nora (top left) and her handsome, roly-poly brother Ren (top right) are two 5-year-old kitties that are littermates looking for love! Both of these big tabby kitties are very gentle and playful, and will seek out the attention of humans whenever they can! Ren is a bit of a chunker, and a big boy that will quickly catch your eye with his beautiful silver coat and impressive size. He’s a friendly giant that will often saunter over to say hello, and a very sweet boy that isn’t bothered by much. He’s a dog-like cat that will even play fetch when he’s feeling frisky! His sister Ren is the more active and independent of the two, and likes her naptime as well as her playtime. She might take a little longer to warm up to a new person, but is oh-so cuddly and will bond fiercely when she’s had time to get to know you. Both Nora & Ren are large-bodied cats that always prefer to be nearby but not necessarily in the lap. These sweet, plushy kitties were rescued as kittens together in Tennessee, but were brought to the Northwest after moving from a big house to a tiny apartment, where their owner’s allergies became too much to handle. They are used to being entirely indoors, and would thrive in a larger space to roam around in, though they are not super high energy. Once they are settled in, they are undeterred by most things, including children and dogs, and would make wonderful family pets. They enjoy cuddling together and grooming each other, so would love to find a home where they could stay together. After having already gone through quite a bit of transition in their short lives, they’d love to find a stable home to settle into long term.

Nora & Ren are currently residing with Doug in the Seattle area. If you are interested in learning more about these delightful kitties, please reach out to him at dougiedo.handyman@gmail.com.

* THIS KITTY IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY; PLEASE CONTACT JANE AT janecohrs@me.com FOR MORE DETAILS*

Jeff is a former stray, approximately 2 years old, neutered, vaccinated, and litter trained.  He is FIV+ but in great health. He is big on consent for touch, but he loves being picked up when he approves.  Jeff loves to snuggle and be brushed on his terms.  He’s a delightful mix of “love me and pet my belly” and “how dare you touch me!” He would do best in a family without young kids, or only with kids who understand he needs to dictate the level of affection. Jeff is EXTREMELY food motivated but we haven’t had ANY food aggression.  He is ok about taking treats from your hand but he can think nibbling on your fingers is a great game. We have not seen him around dogs. Our cats are not the best to get how he’d do in a multi cat home, we’ve had a fair bit of hissing. He has his own litter box, scratcher, house, and bed.

Jeff says no with his teeth, for the most part he doesn’t close his mouth but he has given me a few good scratches.  Jeff will need to be sedated to go to the vet. If interested in my adoption, please email janecohrs@me.com

*THIS CAT IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PICIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY; PLEASE CONTACT KATHY AT  kathrynhome22@gmail.com FOR MORE INFORMATION!*

Hi! I’m Jasper, an 8-yr old purebred Siberian cat, so I’m less likely to kick up allergies in your family and friends due to a low Fel d 1 Protein level. I am a friendly, snuggly 14 lb lap cat who relishes attention with lots of thick, soft, glorious fur! I’m very playful, want to be a part of all activities, love to be chased or chase a laser light, and I love to snuggle into any available container or under the covers. I actually have a “That’s So Jasper” photo series for her Facebook friends because of all my antics. I will usually follow you to whatever room you’re in, and I even come when called. I love new things and strangers, and always run to answer the door. Then I try to climb something tall so I can see their face. When the 1½ yr old comes to visit, I rub against his legs and check him out, and then go to a safe place. I’m definitely used to having just 1 adult living with me who caters to most of my whims, without being distracted by other pets, but I think I would be ok with a family with older children. I’m primarily an indoor cat, but every day she attaches a long leash to my harness and lets me go out into the backyard for short periods. My favorite words are Come (I love to greet you), Sit, Up, Dinner, and my favorite, “Treats!” If you give me treats, I’ll let you clip my claws, and will gleefully jump into a carrier. I’m in perfect health and have no potty problems. I’m vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. I want to bring with me tons of toys and several carriers. If you’re interested in meeting me (and why wouldn’t you be?), please contact Kathy at kathrynhome22@gmail.com or call 215-704-8046.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON IKE, PLEASE EMAIL AdoptIke@gmail.com

Hi! Ike is ready find his forever home. And he’s living in his in-between-home while I’m waiting to meet you!

We’ve learned that Ike is adaptable to pretty much any home, he moves right in! He’s litter trained and likes to greet you at the door when you come home. He gives you a full report of his day when you walk in! Ike loves his nose scratched and will flirt with getting little pets all night long. He’ll slowly work his way up to the couch and then eventually to your lap once you establish that trust. He’s independent but gets along with dogs, but we’re unsure how he is around younger children.

Ike comes with his cat tower, pink crate, food bowls, litter box and toys. We might even have some left over food for you to get you started! He’s neutered and will need his annual shots. There is no adoption fee for Ike, just the promise that he’s going to be well loved!
