–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THESE KITTENS ARE NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT DAISIE AND PENELOPE, PLEASE CONTACT ERIN AT THE EMAIL BELOW–

Maisie and Penelope are a pair of bonded female tuxedo kittens that are 8 weeks old. Penelope has a white face with traditional tuxedo markings, and Maisie has a white chin with white mittens on her paws. Penelope is adventurous, playful, loving, and loves everybody she meets. She adores having her belly rubbed and giving you kisses until she falls asleep in your lap. She warms up to new environments immediately and is always ready for an adventure.
Maisie is the more timid sister, with saucer eyes and her adorable chin. She needs a little bit more time to warm up to new environments, but is extremely loving and affectionate after she builds some trust. Once her personality comes through, it shines forever, she is curious, smart, mellow, and will always make you laugh.
Maisie and Penelope are bonded and must be adopted together, Penelope is great at showing Maisie new environments are okay, and even fun to explore, while Maisie provides Penelope the play and attention she craves from a feline companion. They are wonderful with humans and have been socialized with humans since birth, we believe they would do wonderful in a home with or without children. You will fall in love with them instantly. They will be spayed before adoption (at 10 weeks), and a rehoming fee of $120 per kitten will cover their first vaccination, dewormer, and spay surgery. (Adoption for the two would be $240 total).

Please contact me via email, erinbrgd@gmail.com if you are interested or would like to learn more about this fabulous pair.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ABOUT BUDDHA, PLEASE CONTACT ANA AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

Buddha is 6 years old and spayed. Her birthday is Aug 1. She loves spending time one on one and will grow very attached to her care giver. She loves attention and to show off when she feels safe. She likes to find secret spots to nap and is mostly independent, though sometimes she’ll get spurts of energy and do parkour! When she trusts people, she will cuddle them and let them hold her. She’s shy upon meeting and likes to hide when entering new environments. She can get easily overwhelmed with groups of people, so it’s best she is left alone until she can feel out the situation. She will warm up to other cats in the home, but it takes a couple weeks. She is best in a home without dogs nor children.

If you are interested in meeting Buddha, please contact Ana at
ana@nexgarden.com or 503-729-7231.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MINOUCHE, PLEASE CONTACT HEAVEN-LEIGH AT THE PHONE NUMBER BELOW–

Minouche is a 13 year old cat who originally hails from France, so she’s quite the world traveler. She has a strong personality, and while she’s not a lap cat all the time, she does love to sit next to her person with her nose against their leg or arm. She is very quiet, hardly every meows, but when she does it is a tiny little squeak that will melt your heart. She loves supervised visits outside and is a big fan of eating plants and flowers (cat safe ones, of course).

Mincouhe is a “single princess” and cannot be in a house with other animals. She has never been around children, but she doesn’t like to be grabbed or touched without initiating contact, which may pose an issue for smaller children. While she loves her independence and spends a great deal of her time exploring nooks and crannies you don’t even know exist in the house, we loves to be around people and will hang out with you while you do homework or watch TV. I don’t want to rehome her, but she’s not happy in our new place and I can’t provide an alternative. I want her to be happy and healthy and have a house to run around again. She needs to be alone.
I have her passport which includes all her shots and certificate of health.

If you’re interested in meeting this sweet older lady, please contact Heaven-Leigh at 503-374-6973.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT HEIRO, PLEASE CONTACT LAURA AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

Hiero (named after Hieronymus Bosch) is an active, playful 7-year-old male cat. He loves to be around activity and did very well living with dogs in the past, as they kept him entertained. Hiero also gets on well with other cats – he occasionally bats at tails but it’s more from a place of playfulness and he does not instigate fights. As he has gotten older, I have found that he is becoming more and more interested in laps and will happily snuggle. He would do best in a child free household, as he can become a little excitable during playtime and still has his claws. This is the reason why I have to rehome him – My partner and I have started a family and do not fully trust him with small children. He has been a wonderful companion to me for 6 years, and all the adults he has lived with have loved his bright personality. Hiero is neutered, microchipped, healthy, and up to date on his vaccines.

Please contact Laura for more information or if you would like to meet Hiero: (307)-349-3304. LAURAHARTMEEKER@GMAIL.COM.

July 4th, 2019

Well butter my butt and call me a biscuit, did you say you were look for a adorable, delightful pair of Jack Russell terrier mixes? Well look no further! My name is Athens and this fancy gal to the right of me is my ma, Georgia. We are two peas in a pod and fixin’ to find a plantation to settle in to and family to call our own. At 11 and 12 years young, we absolutely love going on afternoon strolls around the block, rolling in any grass we see, and soaking up the sun. I do have to warn you though, my Ma is slower than molasses sometimes. Ha! But we both love the outdoors and exploring! We have met some doggy pals at Pixie and though we just usually just hang out with them, we sometimes get spunky and flirty, and our playful side comes out. We would be ok with a dog savvy kitty in our home as well.  We are both delighted to meet any human pals that we run into on our walks, but since we are a bit older, we would do best living in a home with older kids over 13. With summer just starting, we are both yearning for a family to share our cuddles, love, and maybe some nice yummy BBQ with too! I’d reckon you best fill out an application today, so we can meet! We come to you vaccinated, micro-chipped, fixed, with dentals for a total adoption fee of $350. Interested in fostering us while we search for our forever home? Email info@pixieproject.org for more details!
