— THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT SISSY, PLEASE CONTACT ASHTON AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

Hello, my name is Sissy. I’m the most youthful 12-year-old cat you’ll ever meet! I’ve been fixed, I’m healthy and energetic and have a lot of life left in me. I have beautiful long hair and I love when my humans brush me daily. I love attention of all kinds (from human friends only) and do not do great around other animals. I enjoy going outside and eating grass if you’ll let me, snuggling up on your feet at night and rolling around in front of you to get your attention. My current owners aren’t home very much because of work and it’s hard for me to be left alone so often. I’m looking for a home where I can be social and around a lot of fun and activities. I do great around babies and kids and noises don’t bother me. Maybe a nice neighborhood where I can explore the outdoors or even a shop owner that would like some company during the day!

Please contact my human, Ashton if you’re interested in meeting me at 503-730-0748 or by email at ashtonmaples@yahoo.com. Thank you!

— THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT LUNA, PLEASE CONTACT JOSH AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

My name is Luna, I’m a wonderfully affectionate eight-year-old indoor tabby cat who simply loves humans (adults and kids).  It’s fair to say that humans are my favorite kind of animal, and I try to spend as much time with them (and on them!) as possible.  Sometimes, when one of my owners is working, I’ll jump on hi s lap to squeeze myself between him and his keyboard to get attention.  What can I say?  I love it when he pets me and scratches my back, and I return the favor by nuzzling his face and grooming his beard.  Although I’m strictly an indoor cat, I’ll spend an entire day sitting on our elevated deck taking in all the sights and smells.  I like to play as well, and can keep us both entertained by chasing toys and laser pointers (if that’s your thing).  Honestly, I’ve been incredibly happy in my current home for most of the past eight years (I came here from a shelter when I was just a kitten).  Unfortunately, two dogs were introduced to our home (unplanned) a few years ago.  Man do those dogs stress me out!  I don’t have a lot of ways to let my owners know how upset this has made me, so I began spraying. I never had this problem before, and it’s honestly a little embarrassing.  My owners will be moving soon, and they will not be able to bring me with them.  I’d love to find a new loving home, with awesome humans and no dogs.  Did I mention I’m fixed and vaccinated, too?

If you’d like to meet me, please call/email Josh at 503-781-9707 or joshualsoldati@gmail.com

–THIS CAT IS NOT BEHING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT; THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING. FOR MORE INFORMATION ON BOO-BOO, PLEASE CONTACT MIKE AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

We’ve had Boo-Boo for 6 years, since he was a kitten. He’s very quiet and mellow, sweet and affectionate. He can be a little shy with strangers, but give him a few minutes and he’ll be in your lap, purring away. He loves people, and will curl up and sleep next to you on the couch or sit on your desk watching you work. Although Boo-Boo’s just a furry little lump, he does love to play fetch with his toy mousey. Honest – when he’s ready to play, he’ll bring his little mouse to you, drop it at your feet, and cry until you throw it. He’ll run after it and bring it back to you, begging for more! He also loves to play with a feather tied to a string. Drag it along and he’ll chase it around. But what Boo-Boo loves most is to be pet, especially tummy rubs.Boo-Boo is an indoor-only cat and is box trained. He’s a perfect gentleman – he’s never, ever had an accident indoors. He uses his scratching post and not the furniture, and he will let you trim his claws. He’s been neutered and chipped and has had excellent veterinary care his whole life. His one health issue is his delicate stomach, so the vet has us feed him Science Diet d/d and give him a half a prednisone crushed into his food every other day. Happily, he’s not a fussy eater and will gobble up his food, even if the pill is crushed into it.Boo-Boo’s looking for a fairly quiet home with no other pets. Older children would probably be fine (although we don’t have children so he hasn’t been around many).

To make an appointment to meet Boo-Boo, please email Mike at cdw@DoolinGuitars.com or phone (503)688-3376.

— THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT; THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT KONA, PLEASE CONTACT HIS OWNER AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

Please help us find this sweet Snowshoe boy a new home. After adopting Kona from a family friend who was undergoing some medical complications, we have discovered after several tests that my daughter is highly allergic to cats. We are overly devastated for he is easy to love and has become part of our family.  Indoor-only cat and is neutered. Updated on all vaccines, recent vet visit in October 2018. He allows you to clip his nails, I can usually do it by myself. He still plays like a teenager, and loves his mouse toy with cat nip of course. Loves his cat scratcher and we had never had an issue with him scratching at furniture.  Uses the cat box appropriately and hasn’t had accidents in the house.  Loves looking out the windows for birds and squirrels.  Loves water, we let him play with lightly running faucet water, also drinks water out of large bowl… he loves fresh water.. Gets along with dogs and cats. We have a dog, they have a great and hilarious relationship Kona just needs proper introduction.  I suggest kids over 7 years, he gives love nibbles ( doesn’t hurt ) Huge snuggler…major love bug.  He’s not a huge talker but he will talk…and the sweetest softest meows. The only con I honestly have is his occasional cough up fur balls/ his diet was changed and noted it has decreased!!  We had Kona for almost a year but we’ve known Kona for over 8 years.  Kona is 9 years young.

Please call or text 503-704-8108 or e-mail: pupepause@hotmail.com for more information.

Hello! My name is Benjamin and I am a sweet 3 year old Chihuahua/ Pug mix weighing just at around 10 lbs. I am looking for a nice quiet adult only foster home to settle into while I search for my forever home. I am a great little walker and really look forward to my daily walks with the volunteers. I have met some doggy pals while here at Pixie and do best with mellow friends who just like to hang or cuddle. I am a snuggler all the way and am happy to sit on the couch with you while we watch some movie marathons! Please email Pixie at info@pixieproject.org if you are interested in giving me some rest and relaxation while awaiting my forever family! 🙂
