Would you give a Moose a muffin? How about some hot dogs? Cheese maybe? Or how about some pets? Whatever you give me, I am a happy boy indeed! Weighing in at a humungous 83#, I am a happy and silly 3 yo American Bulldog with a heart of gold. Though I am very big and energetic, I am less spazzy and jumpy. I mean it’s kind of hard to jump up when you are as big as I am! Full of extra wiggles, I love to engage with my human pals over 12 as they are full of yummy treats and belly rubs. As an adult, I do know some of the basics such as sit and shake, but would be happy to learn even more! Especially since I am so big and strong, I tend to pull on leash, so I could definitely benefit from some additional positive reinforcement training. I don’t really seem to be into toys but definitely into playing ball! But when I am not fetching, I go to lean on the gals in the play yard and ask for some more pets! I get really excited to meet new dog friends and have already met a few friends while here at Pixie. But I can get very excited about those kitties, so no cats in my home please! With my large size and excitability, I am looking for an adopter who owns their home and who has experience with large dogs. Overall, I am a really nice big dopey guy who loves attention and being around my people! Fill out an application today to set up a meet. I come to you vaccinated, micro-chipped, and neutered with an adoption fee of $350.

Did someone order the sweet and saucy jumbo Shrimp? Oh hey-that’s me! Big Shrimpin and queen of Chi’s, I am one super sweet lady that you must meet! At 8 years old, I am a Southern Lady with a love of belly rubs, toys, and deep fried foods. At roughly 15 lbs, the vet says I am about 5 pounds overweight, so I am looking to get a bit more active and in shape! I do enjoy my walks, though I am incredibly slow paced. But I am sure after some practice and some weight loss, I will get faster with time! I am a very social gal with my human friends and am always excited to get some scritches from new people. In the home though, I would prefer to live with kiddos 12 and up. I met the office kitty the other day and did just fine, so a dog savvy kitty in my home would be fine. I can be a bit of a Cajun shrimp (extra spicy!) when I first meet new dogs. So if there are dog siblings in my future home, it would be best if they were mellow and won’t mind my rude greetings. I am pretty shellfish that way and like all the attention on myself! Speaking of me, I love snuggles and will do just about anything for a belly rub! I will even roll on my back to make sure you know the exact spot. And did I mention I love my toys?! I could squeak them all day! Adorable, mellow, and sometimes sassy, one meet with me and you will see that I am shrimply the best! Fill out an application today, so we can set up a meet. I come to you vaccinated, micro-chipped, and spayed with an adoption fee of $350.

Smokin hot, this handsome pup is the best Brisket in town. Howdy! You heard right…the name is Brisket and as you can guess, I hail from the South-Texas to be exact. At 2 years old, I am a spunky energetic cattledog mix weighing in around 40 lbs. When I first got the shelter, I wasn’t feeling too good and after a quick de-worming treatment, I started feeling much better. That’s when I really came out of my shell and became much more of a pup than originally thought! So I am going to need some of the basics for sure and lots of commitment and stability, but I am very food motivated which helps with my training. Though I am quite boisterous, I also have a sensitive side and can take a little to warm up to new people. Thus, I would need an experienced adult only owned home in a quieter low foot traffic neighborhood or even rural environment would be ok too. I really love to romp with my doggy pals and am currently in a foster home with a few. It is super fun and I really need to have another doggy friend in my home to help boost my confidence! No kitties in my home please. As you can see, I am playful for gent with a love of squeaker toys. Look how much they make me smile! Though I have lots of learning still, I am so worth the extra effort as we snuggle the night away on the couch. So grab the corn and the salads, but don’t forget the best part of every BBQ is the Brisket! Fill out an application today and we can set up a meet. I come you neutered, vaccinated, and micro-chipped with an adoption fee of $350.

Hello friends! My name is Professor Farley McSnaggletooth and I am here to teach you all about love and companionship while having silly adventures along the way! I am a mature 11 yo Chihuahua mix weighing around 12 lbs with a big heart. My thesis paper, “Using your Voice to Grab Human’s Attention” has been a big hit with fellow dog pals after being published in The Bark and Woof journal. But new evidence shows that the more I use my voice, the less attention I receive, and thus I get bored, and then decide to move onto my next paper. Something about the mental health benefits of sunbathing will do. After all, I do this on the daily anyways! Being a mellow guy, I do still have my playful side. Have to be with it and hip for all the youngsters! When I don’t have an audience, it can make me a little blue, so I am looking for someone who isn’t gone long work days and who has another mellow dog friend who will listen to my lectures which vary from “ways to reach that itch” and “what exactly is a rope toy and how is it fun?” No kitties in my home please! I can take a second to warm up as I still get a little stage fright from time to time, so I would do best in an adult only quiet home owned by my adopters. At the end of a long day of talking, I am always ready to snuggle up to you on the couch as we watch some movies and catch some zzz’s. Silly, sweet, and one of a kind, fill out an application today so we can meet! I come to you vaccinated, micro-chipped and neutered with an adoption fee of $350.

Beans, Beans they’re good for you heart, having them around is really smart! Hehe. I think that’s how that goes, right? My name is Chili Bean and I am tiny 8 lb Chihuahua mix. At 8 years old, I prefer the quiet life and one of my favorite activities is catching some of those summertime rays in the backyard. I am a shyer guy who takes a little time to warm up to new people and environments. But someone who has patience and goes slow, will see a happier and relaxed me in time! Plus, beans always are better as a side dish combo and not a la carte, so a smaller confident dog my size will also help me blossom! I am not into playing with my foster doggy siblings just yet, but I do love playing follow the leader for sure!  I seem to be pretty scared of kitties, so I could potentially live with a kitty who wouldn’t bully  me and just give me my space. Since I am more of a hang at home in the backyard kind of guy, I am looking for a companion who isn’t into doing activities or going on walks or visiting lots of places. I am more of a sipping ice tea in a rocker on the back porch kind of gent! Thus, I am also needing an adult only owned home with some outdoor space I can stretch my legs in. My foster mom says I do great in my crate and that I am just starting to show interest in playing with toys, so maybe you can help teach me this fetch thing that is all the rage? Quiet and mouse like, sensitive but sweet, I am the little bean you want to meet! Fill out an application today. I come to you vaccinated, micro-chipped, and neutered for an adoption fee of $350.

Oh. Um. Hi. Um. It is so nice to meet you. Um. My name is Dottie and I am a shy but sweet 1 year old poodle/doxie mix weighing in at 10lbs. I am also pretty adorable if I do say so myself! Since I am a bit of shrinking violet, it does take some time to come out of my shell to my adult human pals. But with some tasty treats and a little bit of patience, one can see that I really am a happy and wiggly gal. TRAINING CLASSES ARE MANDATORY FOR MY ADOPTION! I enjoy the company of other dogs and they tend to boost my confidence. Thus, since I am a bit of a follower, I would need another confident doggy in my home to really shine! In addition to another pup, a dog savvy kitty would be ok in my home too.  The higher car and foot traffic areas are a little too much for me and I immediately want to go back inside. Thus, a quiet low key neighborhood would make me feel more relaxed and comfortable on walks. I could probably adapt to a mellow duplex and would absolutely love a house with a yard, but apartments and condos are just too busy and overwhelming.  Since I am timid with new people and in new situations, I am not one for busy, crowded places or lots of urban explorations. But a few walks around the block or even a nice quiet secluded hike would be ok by me! Once I am comfortable, my playful side comes out and I get excited and spin in circles. The ladies at Pixie think it is pretty cute. Overall, I am a sensitive and soft, friendly pup looking for my forever companion who can continue to help me blossom and reach my true potential! Fill out an application today to set up a meet. I come to you vaccinated, micro-chipped, and spayed with an adoption fee of $350.

Howdy! My name is Earl and I am a 8 yo 25lb Chihuahua/Beagle mix hailing all the way from the South. Texas to be exact! My hobbies include: eating, waiting to eat, lots of sniffing, and sleeping either in my crate or in the sunshine on the deck. I am a pretty independent guy overall who appreciates my space and those who respect it. The kittens in my foster don’t understand that just yet, and I usually give them an old man grumble. A little “stay off my lawn” exclamation. I seem to completely ignore and tolerate the other small pups in my foster home and will even cuddle with them on the couch, so another small mellow dog like myself would be just fine in my home. But I would rather not live with boisterous puppies or kitties, and since I really like my space, I would do best in adult only home as well. I am not a total curmudgeon and I do really like to play fetch with my toys or cuddle with my friends! My favorite place is often in your lap on the couch. I do really well in my crate and often times choose to nap there on my own, but I can get a little sad when you first leave for the day. Plus, I like to follow my nose and can be a little bit of an adventurer out the front door. So a home with a secured yard and that doesn’t share walls with neighbors would be ideal for me. I seem a little scared of stairs too, so ideally I wouldn’t have a ton to navigate in my new place.  Silly, cute, and overall just a sweet old soul, I am ready to sit on the back porch with forever companion, sipping tea, and watch the world go by. Sound like your ideal day too? Fill out an application today to set up a meet. I come to you vaccinated, neutered, and micro-chipped with an adoption fee of $350.

It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s a…mini chow? Look again! It’s me, Bibi the chi chi. At 9 years young, I am a happy and flashy chihuahua lady with a heart of gold! I also never seem to stop smiling which is super contagious and thus everyone around me always has a grin too. Being quite the socialite, I am always eager to say hi to everyone I meet from other dogs, cats and kiddos over 8. I love going for my daily walks, which I honestly need as I am on a little bit of health kick and exercise plan. At the end of the walk, I am ready for lots snuggles and pets on the couch! I can sometimes be a little vocal, especially when I am transitioning into a new place. But my fosters, who are in a quiet apartment complex, say that I take really well to training and am doing much better already! Fluffy and silly, with a heart bursting with love, I am ready to share it all with my forever companion. Will it be you? Fill out an application so we can set up a meet. I come you vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed with an adoption fee of $350.
