–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THESE CATS ARE NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON PUMPKIN & BUTTERCUP, PLEASE CONTACT WIEBKE AT THE EMAIL BELOW FOR MORE INFO–

Pumpkin and Buttercup are a bonded pair, they’re brother and sister and about 9 years old. They’re loving, cuddly and very sweet, but shy with strangers, however they will warm up quickly and love to sit on your lap, or close-by. They are Main Coone mixes, with a fluffy grey coat. Right now they both sport a lion cut to reduce shedding. They’ve never been aggressive with anyone, they’re good with grooming and the vet. Pumpkin is talkative and loves chatting, they both love meal times and treats. With a heavy heart I’ve decided to rehome them due to newly developed allergies in our household, which reduces the quality of life both for the human and cat members of our home.

They would love a quiet adult-only home, with no other pets. They’re both healthy, neutered and spayed and have received regular vet visits over the years. They’re due for a checkup in January, and possibly teeth cleaning. I am happy to cover that.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE RPOJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON SASHKA, PLEASE CONTACT TONI AT THE PHONE NUMBER BELOW–

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE INQUIRING –  Meet Sashka! He’s a 5 year old, neutered male weighing 13lbs. He’s a tabby or a DSH breed. Recently vaccinated with upper respiratory, kitty distemper, feline leukemia and rabies on 12/14/20. He was also tested for feline leukemia and FIV, both were negative. His original owner unfortunately passed away and we are looking to find him his furever home! His owner described him as very energetic and playful, tends to play rough with other cats but is fine with dogs. Has been indoor his whole life. Litterbox trained. Some details about Sashka since I’ve been fostering him: He’s shy and a bit skittish at first, he hid for the first couple days but was very receptive to attention/affection right away. Since warming up to his new environment (an office with 6 other cats), Sashka is coming out of his shell more and more each day! He is very affectionate as far as petting goes, he loves to be pet but does not like to be held. So if you’re looking for a lazy lap kitty, he might not be the one. He is overall mellow, independent and very curious. He spends his days prowling the office or laying in his bed high up on the filing cabinets and looking out the window. Given his initial social anxiety, please note there will likely be an acclimation period and his response will vary depending on his environment. I think Sashka would be best suited for an adult household or a household with older children that is overall calm and quiet. Besides the social anxiety, Sashka loves people and is quite the silly, playful boy that is ready to feel comfortable and be himself with his forever home!

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON NEVILLE, PLEASE CONTACT SHARON AT THE EMAIL BELOW–

Hello! This is Neville, a sweet, energetic, affectionate and very playful boy. Neville has lived with us since he was a tiny kitten. Unfortunately, the other two cats have never adjusted to him and I think he would thrive in a more welcoming environment. If you have a cat looking for a playmate Neville might be the fit.

Neville loves to be outside (as you can see from the pics), and while he is in every night, he is outside a lot during the day. He can be quite social and knows the immediate neighbors. He would not be a good fit for an inside only cat. He loves to play and does look to his human for interaction—chase is one of his favorite games. He absolutely LOVES his cat tree—sleeps on it, attacks it, leaps off it and back again!

He loves to be outside with his human—if you are a gardener at all he will love it! His human works from home so he is used to that. He is not overly needy at all but long hours at work might not be the best fit. He’ll want to cuddle at night while you read or watch tv, and he’ll do his best to get under the covers with you at night! Neville eats a combo of wet and dry food, with emphasis on the wet. A transition to dry only would likely not work.

He is really craving interaction with another cat above all. At 11 months (neutered and shots up to date) he has a ton of energy as you would expect at this age. He can get the zoomies like a dog! I think someone around his age or perhaps a bit older would work. He will definitely want to become buddies and play with another cat, so I don’t see an older, sedate or timid cat being a good fit. I think the best home for Neville would be where he had a buddy and that is my goal—he is very frustrated that his two step siblings won’t have anything to do with him. However, the right home without another cat could work too.

If you have a serious interest, I’d be happy to chat about a meet and greet. You can reach me at: Sharonmdavis3@gmail.com

*THIS DOG IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY; PLEASE EMAIL adoptsadietoday@yahoo.com*

Hello! My name is Sadie and I am approximately 3 years old. I’m one of the sweetest and most loving dogs you will ever meet. Everyone who meets me just can’t help but notice this, and nothing makes me happier than curling up in a ball next to you (or right on your lap). Hug me, pet me, scratch me, rub my belly–I just soak in all the love. In fact, I do love everyone so much that in my exuberance I just can’t resist jumping up to greet you, or pulling on my leash. For this reason I should go to a home with an owner who has the time and experience to help me learn better manners–I do have a very strong desire to please though and am food motivated, so training me should be quite easy. Yum! Treats! I am typically very quiet at home, but if I see something weird outside I may get a bit worked up. A house without a view of the sidewalk or somewhere more rural would probably be best to keep me from being overstimulated. Leaf blowers are my nemesis!

Not to brag or anything, but I am exceptionally fast and need to RUN–many have said that I am the fastest dog they have ever seen! I very much need a fenced yard that is big enough for me to reach full speed and release all my energy. Chasing a ball or running with another fast dog is my absolute favorite thing to do! I have been to dog parks and love all the space, but I can be a bit rude, so caution is advised when I may interact with unknown dogs who may not have the patience for my excitement. I do have a very strong prey drive so I cannot go to a home with cats. I can get some separation anxiety so my ideal home would be with someone who has a stable schedule or even better, works from home. My safe space is my crate (and that is where I prefer to sleep), but it can seem like you are gone soooooo long sometimes. Perhaps a dog walker mid-day would help me keep from having an accident?

I MUST go to a home without any small children. My biggest fear is being hurt by them, especially when I’m trying to relax on the couch. It’s not that I don’t love them (I love everyone), I’m just so afraid they will fall on me, step on me, or hug my neck too hard. Older kids would be okay as long as they know how to be gentle and approach me slowly. I do love companionship so if you have a male neutered sibling for me who is a good fit that would be amazing! They would need to be active (fast), patient with my intensity, and can curl up on the couch with me whenever we aren’t out running together. I am fully vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. I come with a crate, my favorite blankets, Chuckit and ball, insulated rain jacket, dog bowls, collar and leash. Rehoming fee is $200. If interested, please email adoptsadietoday@yahoo.com

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THESE CATS ARE NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON DANTE AND BEEBS, PLEASE CONTACT HALEY AT THE EMAIL BELOW–

Meet Dante and Beebs, a bonded Siamese brother and sister pair. They are two of the cuddliest and easy kitties you’ll ever meet. They are 14 years old but you’d never know – they still have plenty of energy and friskiness, although they keep it chill most of the time. They also have no medical issues. They love sitting by an open window and going outside. It would be wonderful to find a home for them where they can safely go outside (they are currently indoor cats who can go outside in a safe, enclosed space), but that is not a requirement.

If they had a choice their owners would probably be home 24/7 and they would be sitting on laps the whole time. This is why I am looking for a new home for them. I live alone in a small apartment and am not home enough to give them the attention, love, and time they need and deserve. They are emotionally needy and need owners who are home a lot and can give them proper attention.

They’ve been together their whole lives and are very bonded, so it is important that whoever adopts them keeps them together for the rest of their lives. They also don’t do well with other animals or loud places, so their new home needs to be quiet and free of other animals. They come with a nice litter box and scratching posts.

Please email me only if you meet everything described above and are seriously considering taking them into your loving home. Email Haley at haleyhessler@gmail.com.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT ELIZA, PLEASE CONTACT BILL AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW FOR MORE INFO–

Purr! Purr!  I’m Eliza.  I am a sweet, fearless, frisky kitty that likes to run around, climb on things, play with my toys, and cuddle. Lots of cuddling! I am a tiny calico female that is about 3 years old. My current parents took me in because I couldn’t stay at my last home, so I’ve had a lot of transition in my life. I would love to find my fur-ever home! I have some tummy issues. I eat a special diet that keeps it almost perfectly in check. Because of my IBS I need to find a single kitty home, or if my new parents would be willing to feed their other animals my special diet I’m sure I would do just fine! I get along pretty well with my doggy sister and we have been known to cuddle together sometimes. I’d do just fine in a home with dogs.

I am a very loving cat! I love cuddling in your lap and letting you pet my head and sometimes even my belly! I love the feather on a string and I will run around like crazy when that gets brought out. I love talking when I walk around. I make a super cute purr purr sound when I walk. I’ll always let you know when I enter the room and my parents think it is so cute! They tell me it sort of sounds like a pigeon. I am a super happy kitty, and I love my current home, but my parents have their hands full and feel that I would be better suited in a new home. Please come meet me and I’m sure you will love me! I am excited to explore my new fur-ever home with my new favorite humans.

If you are interested in meeting me, please contact my parents at mttaborturtle22@gmail.com or 971-267-3663.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ON ASIS, PLEASE CONTACT ANASUYA AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

Meet Asis, he is a 9 year old kitten. He loves to play and purr and hang out with the family. He has been around dogs, but might take some time to warm up, if the dog is very cat friendly I have no doubt that they would get a long great. Asis likes to be able to go outside but he will sleep all day on a warm window sill or chair. A catio might be a good open for him if you would like to keep him indoors. He is used to having a kitty door and coming and going as he pleases, so it would be a bonus for you both if you have one. He will use the outside exclusively as his bathroom which is helpful if you don’t like litter boxes, although if kept inside he will use a box and is very neat about his bath-rooming. One nice thing about Asis is that he will come when you call his name. He has been with one family so he may take a little bit to warm up to new surroundings, but he is a pretty chill guy and will make where ever he is his home, especially if his food is available for him on demand. He is neutered and up to date on his rabies shot.

We have to leave town first week of December, we can not take Asis with us, we really hope to find a loving home for him to enjoy his kitty life in. We are asking a small re-homing fee of $50. Please contact Anasuya 5 zero 3 54 one 0 one seven 1 or email srishakti (at) me (dot) com
