–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ABOUT FEFE, PLEASE CONTACT PORSCHE OR AARON AT THE EMAILS BELOW–

Kookie is an 11 year old, short haired female with bright yellow eyes to compliment her shiny black and white fur. Kookie is really shy, but once she opens up to you she a true sweetheart. She’s indoor/outdoor, but unless it’s freezing out, she’ll usually always be outside hanging in the area. Kookie loves to play with string toys and lasers and is a very high jumper.

Kookie enjoys being rubbed, especially having her belly rubbed, but she also likes her space. She’s weary of other cats, but quite gentile with them once she gets to know them, just as long as they aren’t too rough.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ABOUT FEFE, PLEASE CONTACT PORSCHE OR AARON AT THE EMAILS BELOW–

Fefe is a 13 year old, long haired female with green eyes and fluffly brown and white fur. She loves to be rubbed, brushed and all around grommed. She loves to play with strings and will call out and bring you her toys when she wants to play. FeFe is indoor/outdoor, but she prefers to be inside. On sunny days you can find her getting some fresh air and scoping out the neighborhood.

FeFe can be pretty dominating to other animals, especially other cats, so she does well being the only one getting attention. Fefe is older and mature in nature now, but in her younger days she was a fighter, so she’s missing her two top teeth. Call them sacrifices of war if you must, but it’s left her with a very cute “mug” face after she yawns and it’s pretty adorable. She’s an all around sweetheart and will simply stand by the food bowl when hungry, she’s such a princess:).

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THESE CATS ARE NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON FRODO &/OR  YODA, PLEASE CONTACT VERONICA AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–
Yoda, the Siamese-like cat and Frodo, the Tabby, are 11 year old neutered littermates that have lived with us since we adopted them as kittens.   Yoda loves everyone, including our Labrador.  Yoda isn’t shy and quickly makes friends with visitors.  He loves to talk.   He will politely tap your arm while you are eating to let you know that he would like a bite.  This guy loves bread!  He will go out on our deck, but will not step foot outside of the house otherwise; he is an indoor cat.

Frodo is very sweet, is a great lap cat, and loves to be the center of attention with his favorite humans. He loves to be petted (even on his belly).  He can leap through the air to catch his flying toys. He is beginning to accept our dog, who is now five years old.  Frodo is fiercely loyal to his favorite human and will sometimes cry when we are separated.  He is more cat-like than Yoda and is a little more shy around visitors, but warms up with a little time.

I would love to keep both Yoda and Frodo, but my allergies have gotten worse.  It breaks my heart that I cannot snuggle and give them the love and attention that they deserve.  Yoda and Frodo get along like brothers.  They are buddies sometimes and quarrel a bit other times.  They would do well if housed together.  If they are not housed together, Yoda would be fine in a home with a dog, cat, and/or with children.  Frodo would do well with kids and/or with Yoda, but would probably have a hard time with other cats or dogs.

Please contact Veronica at vhsautter@gmail.com or 503-860-7132 if you are interested or would like more information.

*THIS DOG IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY. PLEASE CONTACT NANCY AT 360-600-0877*

**Having to rehome due to a grandson with severe dog allergies. **

Missy is a 6 year old miniature pinscher/terrier who weighs 11 lbs. She was rescued from a puppy mill and fostered through the humane society until she was adopted at 8 weeks old by her current family. She is a content little dog, agreeable to just about anything. Missy is happy at home snuggle up in a warm blanket, sleeping by the fire, on your lap or laying out in the sun, playing with toys, hanging around the barn, camping, travels well, loves to go on walks, loves the beach. She’s great with other dogs, has a housemate and has gone to doggy care regularly for a couple years. Missy also gets along with cats.

Since she is so small I think she would do best in either an adult only home or with older children that will respect her space.

She’s very food motivated, and loves food a little too much – she has and will get her paws on anything left unattended if she can figure out how to get to it. Picnic tables are fair game!

Missy does have an ongoing health issue – it was discovered that she was spayed too early (prior to her adoption at 8 weeks) and as a result has  infrequent trouble controlling her bladder. She is currently on Proin medication morning and night feeding for this condition which has helped immensely, although she still will potty in her crate at night once or twice a month.  She rings a bell on the door or kennel when she wants to go out

If you feel Missy would be a good fit for your home please reach out to Nancy at 360-600-0877 or Shane 360-600-1175.

*THIS DOG IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY; PLEASE CONTACT VICTORIA AT victoriahand@mac.com *

Hi, I’m Gracie and I am a snuggle-bug who loves to play. My foster mom thinks I’m adorable, smart, curious, loving, and wanting to please. (Moms are so sweet when they sing our praises, aren’t they?) As a 1 year old mixed terrier breed, I weigh in at 19 lbs. I can run and play in the yard by myself but would be delighted to have a doggie friend to play with.  After a good romp, I’d probably need a snooze, preferable curled up next to you with my head in your lap. Then I could sit by a window and be totally entertained watching the world go by. Heck, I sometimes like watching TV.

I’m very shy of new people and struggle with anxiety, likely due to lack of socialization during the time of Covid and experiences in my early life. At this point, I might take an hour and plenty of treats to warm up to new human friends. But once I do, I’m putty in their hands!! My foster mom asked a dog expert about my anxiety/fear. The expert said medication could help me adjust to new situations and people. At this point I am wary of men, new sounds, and new situations. But with patience, kindness, and understanding this could all change. I want so very much to write a new chapter in my life because I’m a sweet, fun-loving, cutie-pie, who wants nothing more than to be someone’s best friend and companion.

Right now, my ideal home would have a yard in a quite neighborhood or in the country. A calm older dog who is well socialized could show me the ropes of how to be a confident dog and friend to all. I’d shine in a home with a predictable structure and no small children. It would great if my soft-spoken, mellow human companion is semi-retired, retired, or works at home. Three things to note: I am housebroken, not a barker, and at this point, I don’t like riding in cars.

So if you’re looking for a life-long companion with a sweet, fun loving character who will be devoted to you – look no further – that’s me! I’d come to you spayed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped with an adoption fee of $200. If interested in adopting me, please email Victoria at victoriahand@mac.com

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ABOUT SUMMER, PLEASE CONTACT PORSCHE OR AARON AT THE EMAILS BELOW–

Summer is a 7 year old female/spayed Calico with the fluffiest fur you’ve ever seen. In fact, she literally looks about 5 times smaller in overall weight and appearance when she gets groomed. Although she hates for her fur to get cut, fortunately she loves getting groomed and rubbed and will snuggle under the covers with you anytime.

Summer loves to play with everything, but she is pretty rough, so other cats might want to watch out because she comes to the game ready to go. All in all, Summer is a real sweetheart and her bed hair is to die for. She can be a little shy and jumpy at first, but once she gets to know you, she’ll open up like a sunflower.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO, PLEASE CONTACT PORSCHE OR AARON AT THE EMAILS BELOW–

Cherrie is an 9 year old, spayed, brown and white short haired female who loves to sleep standing up. She enjoys snuggling and you’ll almost always find her sleeping on her back if she’s in a good mood. Cherrie is a sweetheart and very sweet with other cats as long as they are kind. She loves to play but doesn’t like to play rough.

Cherrie is indoor/outdoor, and loves to be outside if the weather is nice. If you have a porch chair, that’ll be her spring/summer/early fall bed post. She loves to play with strings and is a very high jumper…….if you get her excited enough, but she can be a lazy bones. She truly is a heart stealer when she lays her sweetness onto you.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO, PLEASE CONTACT PORSCHE OR AARON AT THE EMAILS BELOW–

Sanna is an 8 year old, spayed, chocolate furred female short hair, with two slightly different colored green eyes when in the sun. She uses her nose to say hello and she loves to smell everything, literally anything that gives off a sent. She is athletic and can play pretty much all day. Sanna is indoor/outdoor, but she is inside most of the time.  She loves to play with dangling string toys, especially those that have feathers attached to the ends…..although she finds ways to detach the feathers, leaving the remains scattered under dressers.

Sanna loves to snuggle. She’s a bit shy around other animals and will retreat if they play too rough. As the saying goes, she’s a lover not a fighter. She tends to yell and roll over as her form of self defense. Sanna does best being the only animal, as she loves as much attention as one can give. She truly is a mama’s girl.
