*THIS CAT IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PICIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY; PLEASE CONTACT KATHY AT  kathrynhome22@gmail.com FOR MORE INFORMATION!*

Hi! I’m Jasper, an 8-yr old purebred Siberian cat, so I’m less likely to kick up allergies in your family and friends due to a low Fel d 1 Protein level. I am a friendly, snuggly 14 lb lap cat who relishes attention with lots of thick, soft, glorious fur! I’m very playful, want to be a part of all activities, love to be chased or chase a laser light, and I love to snuggle into any available container or under the covers. I actually have a “That’s So Jasper” photo series for her Facebook friends because of all my antics. I will usually follow you to whatever room you’re in, and I even come when called. I love new things and strangers, and always run to answer the door. Then I try to climb something tall so I can see their face. When the 1½ yr old comes to visit, I rub against his legs and check him out, and then go to a safe place. I’m definitely used to having just 1 adult living with me who caters to most of my whims, without being distracted by other pets, but I think I would be ok with a family with older children. I’m primarily an indoor cat, but every day she attaches a long leash to my harness and lets me go out into the backyard for short periods. My favorite words are Come (I love to greet you), Sit, Up, Dinner, and my favorite, “Treats!” If you give me treats, I’ll let you clip my claws, and will gleefully jump into a carrier. I’m in perfect health and have no potty problems. I’m vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. I want to bring with me tons of toys and several carriers. If you’re interested in meeting me (and why wouldn’t you be?), please contact Kathy at kathrynhome22@gmail.com or call 215-704-8046.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON IKE, PLEASE EMAIL AdoptIke@gmail.com

Hi! Ike is ready find his forever home. And he’s living in his in-between-home while I’m waiting to meet you!

We’ve learned that Ike is adaptable to pretty much any home, he moves right in! He’s litter trained and likes to greet you at the door when you come home. He gives you a full report of his day when you walk in! Ike loves his nose scratched and will flirt with getting little pets all night long. He’ll slowly work his way up to the couch and then eventually to your lap once you establish that trust. He’s independent but gets along with dogs, but we’re unsure how he is around younger children.

Ike comes with his cat tower, pink crate, food bowls, litter box and toys. We might even have some left over food for you to get you started! He’s neutered and will need his annual shots. There is no adoption fee for Ike, just the promise that he’s going to be well loved!

If you’re interested, please contact us: AdoptIke@gmail.com

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON GINNY, PLEASE CONTACT DAMIAN AT THE EMAIL BELOW–

Meet Ginny. She’s a spayed 5 year old cat with lots of love to give. She seriously is a great cat. Her only fault is she has too much love. Ginny loves pets and cuddles, she cuddles you morning, noon and night. We now have a newborn in the house and all the cuddles that she use to get now have to go to our baby. We would love to find her a home that will be able to make up for the cuddle deficit she is experiencing. She has done great with our newborn, she loves strangers and kids.  She has been around other dogs and cats and she can be shy but will love them if they are nice to her.  She does well on her own for long hours but she definitely will want to make up for the love when you come home.

Feel free to contact me at dame.peters1@gmail.com

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THESE CATS ARE NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON KIKI & RANCH, PLEASE CONTACT HEBAH AT THE EMAIL BELOW–

These are two bonded brothers Kiki and Ranch. They are both male, 1 year old black cats. They are vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. They need to be adopted together. They need to be rehomed because I no longer have enough time for them. Since Covid restrictions are off my job has changed and I will no longer be at home and unfortunately that upsets the cats. They need lots of love and affection.

Kiki is a lap cat lover boy. He loves to eat and has a high metabolism. He has a lot of energy. Kiki loves to be picked up, hugged, cuddled, kissed, pet and is so loving. He also loves to play with the laser pointer, mouse toys and enjoys taking care of his brother. He is an extremely loving cat who loves and needs attention. Ranch is a sweet and funny boy. He takes a while to warm up to a new environment. He loves sitting in the sun and windows. He likes to hunt for bugs. Ranch loves to roll around on a rug. He lets you know when he wants to be pet by flipping onto his back or side. He loves the lazer pointer. Every once in a while he will come cuddle on your lap or on your side. He is very vocal and likes Pounce cat treats. He walks like a diva and holds his tail very uniquely curled on his back. His brother is very important to him.

If you’re interested in these sweet boys, please contact Hebah at persephone_85@hotmail.com.

*THIS DOGGY IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY; PLEASE CONTACT RUTH AT ruthgaunt@gmail.com FOR MORE INFORMATION*

I am hoping to find Frank, this awkward little 14 lb. fluff-muffin, a new home.

His ideal home would include another pet to snuggle with (and follow around), few stairs, and a human companion that is home more often than away.

He is somewhere in the 7-10 year old range. He is very low maintenance, no aggression, likes all new people and things, great on leash, good with dogs, cats, and kids, and just generally wants companionship. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, and I’d be happy to provide his vet records. He is house broken, but is used to having a dog door. One 15-20 min walk a day is plenty but not 100% necessary. His back legs do not quite join to his hips correctly. This causes some limited movement, but no pain…mainly he’s a wide sitter, a slow walker and not great with stairs. Watching him pounce on a toy is one of the cutest things on the planet.

I adopted him about two years ago, and having him as a companion during the past year of working from home has been awesome. However, I just recently lost my other dog to a tumor, and after 15 years of being a dog mom… it’s time for a break. Combined with the fact that my home has way too many stairs, and that I will be going back to a full work schedule soon – I am just not the home he deserves to have right now.

Please let me know if you are interested or have questions.

Thank you!

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON MINOU, PLEASE CONTACT ELLEN AT THE EMAIL BELOW–

Adopted as a kitten in 2014 but recently abandoned by her owner, this super sweet cat has maintained her positive spirit. Playful and affectionate, Minou has a great temperament and enjoys human companionship. She runs to greet me whenever I step outside and is a constant companion in the garden. Minou is quite wary of strangers and new situations but she quickly bonded with us. With patience she will easily settle into a new home. Because of her cautious nature she might do best in a calm home environment.

Since we already have a cat we unfortunately cannot let Minou inside our house. At the moment she’s living in our backyard with a shelter and a heating pad. Very comfy for temporary digs. But with coyotes and racoons around we would like to find her a home where she can come indoors.

Minou has been cleared for take-off by a vet: She is FeLV/FIV negative and is updated on her shots. She has some hair loss on her stomach and limbs. Per the vet this is mostly likely from untreated flea exposure. Minou is now getting a monthly dose of Revolution Plus and is parasite free.

This is an awesome cat and will be a great buddy for someone. Please contact me if you have any questions about her. Ellen: AdoptMinouPortland@gmail.com

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO, PLEASE CONTACT VICTORIA AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

Daniel is a sweet, cuddly cat. He loves lounging on his cat tower, in sun spots and on your lap on the couch. He loves company, mostly of the human kind, other cats and older dogs. He is a connoisseur of the calm life. He is happy snuggling up with other cats or a nice soft blanket; he is very food motivated and picks up on preferred behavior quickly when he’s rewarded with praise or treats. He is open minded with foods and has done well on grain free cat food and has never lacked an appetite. He is just over six years old and for most of his life has been with at least another cat. He has spent weeks at a time on his own while being babysat and seems to do well as long as his humans are around and attentive for a few hours a day. He can get lonely at night and will sometimes get talkative if he is left alone in the living room, but does seem to adjust well in a few days if need be. He has always been indoors and does not seem to be very curious about outside at the time being, but he has never lived in a home with a backyard so that could be a great new adventure for him. He is healthy and FIV-negative. He does not enjoy high energy puppies and can get quite anxious in those situations. He will tend to hide and not even venture out to find the litter box. He does best in a home where he is able to set his boundaries for space and he can make the decision to approach others in the home at his pace, especially at first.

If you’d like to learn more about Dan the Man, please contact Victoria at (503) 689-6232 or email: victoriaalexandralopez@gmail.com

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON JUNIPER, PLEASE CONTACT KIMMY AT THE EMAIL BELOW–

Juniper is a calico, about 4 years old now, and is a happy healthy sweet girl. She had a litter of kittens about 2 years ago, but has since been spayed. She tends to match the energy of the people around her and quickly warms up to new people who are calm and friendly, often climbing into their lap once they’ve been sitting for a bit. She has been an indoor/outdoor cat all her life, so a home where she is able to explore outdoors at least a little bit every day would be best. She prefers to go to the bathroom outside too, so the litter box rarely needs to be cleaned. She is happy to be pretty independent, but if you’re keen on cuddling she will gladly sleep on the bed with you, and on cold mornings will even crawl under the covers. She only meows to be let back inside the house, when she’s hungry for breakfast, and occasionally as she wakes up from taking a nap (it’s the cutest). She previously lived with a dog and another cat before without any problems, so with the proper introduction and a safe space to retreat to, I’m sure she would be able to live with other pets nicely.
