–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED BY THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT KIKI, PLEASE CONTACT JUSTIN AT THE EMAIL BELOW–

This is Kiki, she is a 12 yr old beautiful tortoiseshell. She is an incredibly loving, sweet and affectionate kitty who has a very easygoing personality. She loves to cuddle and enjoys having her back and head scratched, not her belly though. She can be a bit lazy she loves lounging around and being near you. She won’t scratch furniture and loves her rope scratching post. She can have her playful moments but she will let you know. She has been around other cats but was an only cat with me, we had a small dog who she basically ignored, I think she was jealous. She is wonderful with people and kids, she likes the attention. She sometimes doesn’t mind being held, she will even give you a hug and love nibble your earlobe which can be a bit slobbery. Not overly chatty, she has a cute chirp noise she does and will talk to you when she misses you or wants something. She is the most amazing cat I have ever known. What I most enjoyed with Kiki was how our relationship evolved. She was shy at first but as she got more comfortable she would show me more and more of her personality. She will still surprise me today with affectionate behaviors that are new. She will love you and look at you like you are old friends. Which you soon will be.I am moving back East to a home which is not friendly to cats. Which is why I need to rehome this beautiful girl. She is neutered, microchipped( I have the i.d number) and negative for FeLV. I believe she will thrive in any home but a slower paced one would probably be best due to her age and mellow personality. She is not an outdoor cat but she loves sitting on the windowsill and chirping at birds. Please take a moment to consider Kiki, She is an amazing cat who will amaze you with her personality. She deserves an incredible home and life.

Please contact me at iambigos@gmail.com to come meet her.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ON JACQUES, PLEASE CONTACT BJORN AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

Jacques has lived at the same house for almost 10 years.  He is a short-haired domestic cat.  He is gray with some white markings.  He weighs 11 lbs.  He eats dried food mixed with wet food.

He was taken in as a stray animal that had been acquired by a veterinarian.  Jacques is well-cared for.  He takes no medications.  He lives indoors but is let out once a day to roam the backyard.  If he’s prevented from going outside, he will spray outside of the litterbox.  I would describe his personality as timid.  He enjoys being held and petted but is wary of toddlers (he likes to watch them from afar).

Please contact Bjorn for more information – 206-920-1299 or  bjorn_krane@yahoo.com.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON STELLA, PLEASE CONTACT JENNIFER AT THE PHONE NUMBER BELOW–

Hello my name is Stella and I’m 12 years old. I’m looking for a pet free, peaceful, low traffic, quiet home to spend my retirement years. I’m an indoor only cat. I’m a sweet girl with a tiny meow, but can be quite vocal at times. I love attention, but on my terms please. Chin, cheek, and butt scratches make me so happy! Of note, I don’t like being picked up, held, or belly rubs. However, I will snuggle on the couch or in bed with you (I like to lay on my moms chest and make biscuits). I love the laser pointer, kicker pillow, toy mice, catnip (I get the zoomies), and my cardboard scratcher. I also enjoy bird and squirrel watching while hanging out in the window to catch some sun rays!!

The only reason I need to be rehomed is due to the other cat at home. We grew up together as kittens, but have never been close. Over the years I’ve grown less tolerant of him and have been exhibiting some bullying behaviors. It’s affected my mood in general. I get cranky at times and maybe a little depressed (my mom confirmed with the vet there are no underlying health issues). I haven’t been exposed to children, but 12 and older would be best. I’m spayed, chipped, and current on rabies vaccine only. I’ve been very healthy and have no past or current medical issues (ok, I’m a little chunky). I will need a dental cleaning in the next few years. I eat a normal dry food diet and a dollop of wet food in the morning and night. And crunchy treats too please!

I’m hoping to find a loving and kind person(s) that will be patient and understanding with me during the transition to my new home. I really am a a sweet girl. Once I can have all the attention and be around no other pets, my personality will really come through. I like calm and quiet. No other pets please. Please text Jennifer at 520-704-2037 to discuss further. Thank you!

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THESE CATS ARE NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON PUSS & BOOTS, PLEASE CONTACT LILY AT THE EMAIL BELOW–

Puss and Boots are litter mates, recently turned eight years old, and act like ladies who watch and gossip about people passing by. They are shy with new people, but warm up before too long. Boots likes to lie in cozy places, including laps: she will approach soon after you sit down to enjoy a book or movie. Puss also enjoys cozy places, but likes to perch on the arm of your couch to be petted. She will also lie in bed with you. Bothcats enjoy scratching their post (and sometimes carpets), and do not like to be picked up. They are spayed, vaccinated, litter trained, and exclusively indoor. They are looking for a home where they can be the only pets and stay together. You can tell them apart by the markings on their noses — Boots has a full white nose, where Puss only has half.

Please send me, Lily, an email at cohn.lily@gmail.com if you are interested in becoming the new home for these cats!

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON SUKI, PLEASE CONTACT CHRIS AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

Suki is cuddly and is a talker! Especially in the mornings! She has lived with other cats in the past but has generally been the only one in the household. I think she wouldn’t mind other companions and is quite social, but needs a generally quiet/loving environment. She is around 13 years old and fixed.
1.5-2 years ago she had a sprained hamstring and went to Buckman Vet. She had a minor re-injury a couple weeks ago but is fine now. Her health is good, but isn’t able to jump the way she used to and care needs to be taken with that. Re-injuring her leg is a possibility. She is needy, and currently has a mixed diet of dry and wet food. Mainly for keeping her hydration at the right level.

I want her to have a great home so if interested please contact Chris: 503-975-8897 (call/text) or Chris58744@fastmail.com

*THIS DOG IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY; PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER DIRECTLY AT THE NUMBER LISTED BELOW*

Here’s….. Dixie! I hope you are ready for speed, cause a nice behaviorist described me as a Porsche (not a Volkswagon) I would definitely need my new person to be skilled with my make and model. Actually I am a smart strong  two year old shepherd mix. I was recently adopted by a nice lady who has helped me get over some of my jitters and learn some obedience skills but is unable to handle my challenges of leash reactivity. Sadly, she realizes that I would thrive with someone who has the time, strength, and experience for training me through this issue. So ,she has made it her mission to find just the right person.

My owner would like me to tell you she has definitely seen just how smart I am. I am a quick learner. I am house and crate trained. In fact, I go into my crate easily as I find it quite comforting. I love kids too. I have been very good around her grandkids when they come over but ,I can get a bit too rowdy when I play ball so we all  have to be careful when it comes to that. In fact, I really like people of any age,it is dogs on leashes that really get me rattled! I have met a few dogs up close and unexpected, but  things went fine as I let them “say hello”.They told my owner I was raised with other dogs but I don’t find that the same as the social scene my owner has tried to introduce me to while walking in the busy neighborhood. I have had a couple of playdates with the grandkids happy go lucky golden retriever but she does make me nervous and anxious with her “lets rumble” party style. But when they had her on leash in the backyard and I could relax awhile, I was very tolerant. I just have some arousal issues to conquer with the help of an experienced owner.

That nice behaviorist I told you about says I would do better in a home with a calm older brother doggy to show me the right track to take and calm my nerves, but not a home with cats or small kids. Also, a rural owned home with space to race around would be best.

I also want you to know that it may have taken me a while but I have gotten very attached to my owner and I am sure with your love and patience we will be close too. As you have seen in my pictures I am a pretty girl, strong, smart, and sweet just  looking for someone to love me and help me control my speed but win in my race. So if you would like to know more about me you can call Sheri Johnson at 707-889-2092 or email her at Heimomj@yahoo.com

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON CAMDEN, PLEASE CONTACT DEB AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

This is my pur-box kitty Camden. He loves to give headbutts and likes nothing more than to be snuggled under the covers after breakfast. He also enjoys spending his days sitting on the back of a couch by a window, watching the world go by. Camden is also a major biscuit maker, so have a blanket handy when you are snuggling! He is also quite the chatterbox and loves to come check in on his favorite person(s). At 6 years old, he is also a very playful (crazy) cat who enjoys chasing shoelaces and peacock feathers. Camden gets along very well with other cats and is playful with them. Dogs are tolerated. We currently have two dogs and another cat living in our household, and things get along fine. Camden is also quite good about using his scratching post and not the furniture. He has some skin sensitivities that cause itchiness if his diet is not correct. The main ingredient that he needs to avoid is chicken. I have been feeding him a limited ingredient diet of pure vita duck and lentil, and also Canada fresh duck formula. Camden is chipped, neutered, and up to date on vaccinations including feline leukemia vaccine so he can go outside as he pleases.

He really is such a great cat. I hate to part with him, but through a series of break ups and life changes I have ended up with more animals than I am able to care for on my own. I’ve had him for 3 great years and am looking for his new forever home. Contact me if he sounds like a good fit for you!
