Adopted StampLeona

My name is Leona and I’m about six months old. I started off life as a child of the streets but had the good fortune to be rescued by Pixie Project! I have been in foster care for a few months, learning how to live in a house and get along with others. I am still shy but I have come a long way and just keep on improving! I like to sleep in cozy places (like a closet), and will hang out on my foster mommy’s bed with her to watch tv.. I will accept treats and chin scritches, just as long as things move a little slow.  I love dangly toys and really go crazy for Da Bird.  I am great with the litter box and scratching post, and I get along with other kitties. (Actually, my favorite kitty is my sister Roxanne. We cuddle all the time in the closet!) I have been around something called a chihuahua and, even though she’s funny looking for a cat, she’s pretty cool in my book. Because I am shy, I would do best in a home with older children. The great thing about us “delicate flowers” is that your patience is rewarded every time we accept your love. Do you have some love to spare?  Fill out an application at pixieproject.org so we can schedule a meet and greet!  I am fixed, vaccinated and microchipped.  My adoption fee is $135.

Adopted StampShiloh

Well, howdy! My name is Shilo and I am a short-haired tabby with white on my chest and legs. I’m about 2 years  old and just as affectionate as can be! I give cheek rubs and head bonks and just love getting attention from people. Sometimes I insist upon it!  I have to admit to having a jealous streak so I would do best in a home where I am the only cat. I have been around dogs, big and small, and they’re okay. I guess. Whateverrrrr. I’m very confident so would likely be okay around kids of all ages. I like living indoors, watching the world go by from a window, and sleeping in the People Bed. I use the litter box without fail, and I am pretty good with scratching posts. Sometimes I forget that couches aren’t for scratching, but I will stop as soon as I hear my name. Speaking of which, do you know that Neil Diamond sings a song about me? “Shilo, when I was young, I used to call your name. When no one else would come, Shilo you always came”. My silly foster mom says that it’s about a doggie, but I don’t believe her. After all, I DO come when I’m called and who WOULDN’T be inspired to burst into song at my mere presence? (Oops. Is my inner diva showing?) If you are looking for a sassy-but-sweet kitty, look no further – I’m your girl! So fill out an application at pixieproject.org and get this party started!  I am fixed, vaccinated and microchipped.  My adoption fee is $100 and I am currently living in foster care.

Adopted StampSplit

If my  preposterously squishy face doesn’t get you, my genuinely soft and social temperament most certainly will!  My name is Split –  as in sweet as a Banana Split or I will cuddle you on the couch right now Lickity Split! I am a 4 month old, pure-bred English Bulldog looking for just the right bed to snore on.   I am lovely with other dogs, and would do well with dog-savvy kitties (although I haven’t learned to give them their space just yet!).  I am crate trained and 99% potty trained.   Fair warning: I am likely to distract you from your homework and chores with my endearing personality and adoring eyes; I am prepared to be the love of your life if you are ready to be mine!  I am fixed, vaccinated and microchipped with adoption.  My adoption fee is $750.  If you are interested in meeting me please fill out an application first at pixieproject.org so we can schedule it!

 Adopted StampDuke

I was born Sir Thomas Wellington III Duke of Nottingham, but these days everyone simply calls me Duke.  I was son of the ruler and heir to the throne, but had to walk away from it all when they found me lolling around in the sun getting belly rubs instead of reprimanding the village folk.  I guess I am just too much of a goofy love bug to be a royal dictator!  Now I am trying to find a new life with someone who can embrace me for the loyal, affectionate and silly guy I am.  I am 1 1/2 years old and working on my potty training, although I do great in my crate.  I have lovely leash skills and am good with other animals.  Am I just the guy for you?  Fill out an application at pixieproject.org so we can schedule a meet and greet!  I am fixed, vaccinated and microchipped.  My adoption fee is $250.

Adopted StampLucy

Hi friends, my name is Lucy and I am sweet and silly 6 month old kitten!  My sister Lizzy may be the pretty one, but I am more the athlete of the family –  I’ll amaze you with my acrobatics!  When we play  you might think I am training for the Cat Olympics with my speed and grace. I am a sleek, grey tiger with a gentle  personality and the moves of a huntress. I am looking for my forever human to take me  home and grow me into the wonderful cat I will someday be.  If I’m just the girl for you come check me out at the Pixie Project cattery.  I am fixed, vaccinated and microchipped, my adoption fee is $135.  I could go with my sister or be fine on my own.

Hey everyone, I’m Phoenix! As you mayyyyy have noticed, I have just one eye! Don’t feel bad for me, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I mean, what better way to keep my ‘˜eye on the prize’? In this case, the prize I am dreaming of is finding a home in this beautiful new city. Phoenix’s are all about the comebacks you know. I am a 4 month old Arabian Mau male fresh off the plane all the way from Oman. I am a very playful and inquisitive guy who gets along with everyone! You can catch me cuddled up with my buddy Nero in the kitty hammock at The Pixie Project cattery any time. Hey, if you have room for us both we could keep you entertained all day! We also wouldn’t mind being only kittens, however. I am neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines. Let’s meet! Just fill out an application at pixieproject.org and swing on by! My adoption fee is $135.

Adopted StampFarley

Hello there! My name is Farley and I’m a 6-month-old sweetheart! I was born on the street and lived there for four months until some nice people trapped me and my family, got us fixed (I didn’t know we were broken…) and got us babies into a Pixie Project foster home. I have learned soooo much since then! Things like how to live in a house, sleep in a warm bed, and be hugged by a human. I am still a teeny bit tentative so I’ll need a family that is patient and kinda quiet and understands that I’m still developing my confidence. (I’d do best with kids over 10.).  I love to play with dangly toys, chase that cursed red dot, and hypnotize you into sharing your noms with me. (That’s what I’m doing in my picture. Don’t you feel compelled to hand over that sandwich?). I have my mushy moments where I will cover you with cheek rubs and licks and sometimes even a little drool. Sorry ’bout that, but when you hear my motorboat purr you can’t help but to forgive me! I use the litter box without fail, like to be brushed, and will even let my nails be trimmed. My foster mom thinks I’m part Ragdoll because I go limp when I’m picked up and will let you hold me on my back. You can’t tell from my picture but I have blue eyes, a light orange spot on my back, and my tail is tabby-striped. Oh, I am friendly to other cats and the small doggies I have met. Are you that special someone I’m looking for? Call Pixie Project to find out! (Youuu waaant tooo taaake meee hooome. See, I’m hypnotizing you again.)  I am fixed, vaccinated and microchipped.  My adoption fee is $135 and I am currently living in foster care.
