Previously declawed and thrown on the streets after the death of his lifetime guardian, this kitty was taken in by a band of neighbors who cared for him for several months. As the leaves started changing color and the air got colder by the day, his new caregivers wanted to give him a better life. Luckily they called Pixie Project and this kitty is now getting a warm bed every night and all the food he could need. The only thing that could make him happier is finding his forever home. Pinky here! I’m an adorable 2-year-old dilute tortie girl who is a big ball of fun and personality in a tiny little package! I’m very sweet and chatty and love to ask for attention whenever people are nearby. When I’m comfortable, I will roll around on my back and let you rub my belly! I am very young and curious, so playtime is always a plus. I came in with my littermate, who I’d been with my whole life, but after the transition of losing our previous home and my spay surgery (which Pixie provided for me), I’ve decided that I’d rather be an only kitty — I’m a bit of a princess, after all! I’m wonderful with people and children, and have also been very curious about dogs, so I would definitely fit in well with a family. I’m young and full of energy so would probably prefer a home where I wasn’t left home alone all day. James Dean (top) and Rock Hudson (middle) are two rambunctious and snuggly little 4-month-old boy kittens looking for love! These two have been nothing but fun since coming into Pixie from their former foster home. They’ve had a wonderful amount of socialization and are fearless around other cats, dogs, and kids — they’re the perfect family pets! They’re looking for a home with lots of activity to keep their little kitten minds busy. They love to play, play, play until they pass out in an adorable kitten pile, snuggled together or with one of the other cats in the cattery. These brothers are best buds, and if they don’t get adopted together, will at least need to go to a home with another young, social kitty that they can wrestle and cuddle with. Oh my, aren’t I adorable? My name is Miss Kitty and I’m an incredibly soft and fluffy 11-year-old, de-clawed, beautiful Norwegian Forest Cat mix with an equally soft disposition. I’ve had a lot of change in my life so it may take me a moment to be totally comfortable around new people — but once I know you, I will become so snuggly and demand intense cuddle sessions all day long! I love petting so much, I will rub up against you and drool. I’m also very chatty — especially around meal time! I will chirp and dance while I eat my wet food, because I just love it oh so much. Even though I’m an older girl with an overall mellow demeanor, I still love to play and will chase my toys around in the cover of darkness when I feel the most comfortable.
