-THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH PIXIE! THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; PLEASE CONTACT JESSICA AT THE NUMBER BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION-

Looking for a fur ever home for my 9 year old neutered all white cat named Gus. Divorce forces me to rehome him as I already have two small dogs and my future rental will only allow for that. He is declawed in front, recently had rabies vaccine and no current health problems. I do keep him on a urinary tract food made by pro plan because several years ago he had a U.T.I   that showed crystals in his urine. I guess it can be common in male cats. He is mellow/easy going when in a relaxed environment but at the vet is mean and will bite. He may take a little bit to warm up to someone. He’s used to dogs, other cats and even farm animals but I’m not sure how he would do with small children. He’s a come to you when he wants kind of cat. will include food, crate, unlimited food feeder and anything else I have left over. Need to find new home by August 15th as that is when I’m moving. My contact info is Jessica Chisman 971-227-8596.

Trixie 3 Trixie 1

THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT! THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; PLEASE CONTACT JENNIFER AT THE EMAIL BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION-

This is Trixie, who is about 2 1/2 months old and is a real sweetheart. She loves to play with her brothers and kitty toys, especially stuffed animals. She’s a little shy, because she came from a feral litter, but she’s becoming friendlier and will purr when you pet her. She just needs a little more one on one attention and tender loving care. She’s very loving with the other kittens and would probably like a home that has a calm older cat, or maybe other younger cats. She hasn’t been around dogs, and she’s only been around kids a little bit, so I’m not exactly sure what she thinks of them. She is spayed and has had her first round of shots, as well as testing for diseases. She’s a very clean, flea free, smart, and cute kitty – will you give her a furrever home? Contact Jennifer at  djensmail@yahoo.com for more information!

Bob

-THIS DOG IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT! THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; PLEASE CONTACT THE INFORMATION BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS-

Bob is one of the long-timers at the Clatsop County Animal Shelter in Warrenton, OR; he came in as a stray last fall.   This three year old pit bull adores people and we’ve had him try to squeeze himself onto our laps in his attempts to get as close as possible to the volunteers.   What has kept him at the shelter is his resource guarding.   Bob is okay with other dogs until a toy or food is involved and so will need to be an only dog.   This boy loves his walks and is always at the front of his kennel, ready to go out.   Note that he will need a fully fenced yard.

You can see more about Bob at https://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/34057007

Or call the shelter: (503) 861-0737

Follow us on: www.dogsncats.org

Apply to adopt. Application PDF is at the bottom of this page: http://www.co.clatsop.or.us/animalcontrol/page/adopting-pet

You can also email Linda Dygert for more information at lindadygert@gmail.com.

The shelter requires all members of the household to meet prospective adoptees.   We do home checks, but for those of you who live outside of the county, you’ll simply need to bring photos of your home, yard, and fence.   Adoption fees are $110.00 for dogs younger than ten years old and include micro-chipping and registration.

I am Jazmine — the most beautiful, sweet  and petite little 10-year-old lady cat you’ll ever meet! I am extremely affectionate and people are my favorite thing. Whenever people come in the Pixie cattery I’m quick to say hello and offer head butts and kisses in return for petting. I live peacefully around the other cats here but I am not necessarily buddies with anyone, so I’m sure I’d do fine as an only cat or alongside another mellow, independent kitty. I’m pretty easy going and the only thing I really need is love and maybe a lap! I have already had a dental and am not on any special food or medication, so overall I am extremely healthy and low-maintenance. I’m so lovely and sweet — once you meet me, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without me! Come down to Pixie today and see for yourself! I come to you fixed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped for an adoption fee of $80.

-THIS DOG IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; PLEASE CONTACT THE EMAIL BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS-

Hola, my name is Romeo, and I love everyone!   I don’t remember much about my life before being rescued.   One day I was walking around and I saw a really nice lady and I followed her around until she had to take me with her.   Now I am part of the PR Animals family in Puerto Rico.     They have been good to me but not successful in finding me a new home.   There are not many adoptive homes in a small island.   All I want is to be part of an active family, I love to run and play and I’m a great exercise partner.   I weight 50 pounds and I would benefit from a family with experience with dogs that can guide me through and teach me to be a great pet!   I am currently at a boarding facility but I’m lucky to go to day camp twice a week.   I’ve also lived in a foster with other dogs. Oh, and I really love toys, belly rubs and I enjoy eating’¦ a lot!

And don’t worry about the Spanish, I am a bilingual pup.

If you are interested in Romeo please write to adoptions@pranimals.org or complete the adoption form http://www.pranimals.org/#!conoce-a-los-perritos-de-pr-animals/c7zr.   Romeo is up to date in his veterinary protocol, will be microchip before travel and is neutered.   The long trip from Puerto Rico is done through United PetSafe and instead of a rehoming/adoption fee we ask that the new family cover his transport costs (usually around $250-300).

Bumper the big boy here! I am an extremely sweet 2 & 1/2 year old ticked tabby kitty with a lot of personality! I am a very social kitty and I thoroughly enjoy playtime as well as lots of pets and attention from humans big and small. I actually got my name because when the staff first met me, they couldn’t believe how much I liked to give them little love bumps with my forehead! When I was living in the Pixie cattery, I was always the first one to greet people who stop by to say hello. I will usually rub up on you before asking you to pick up a wand toy so we can play, play, play the day away! I came from a place with lots of other cats so I’m very friendly with felines as well. I’m a big, confident boy so I don’t think dogs would be an issue for me. I mostly need a home where I’ll get lots of attention and stimulation, and preferably a lot of space to explore! I know I’d be a great family cat and I’m just waiting to meet you — are you looking for a lover like me? Come on over to Petco on SE 122nd & Division to meet me today! I come to you fixed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped for an adoption fee of $100.

I am Tuesday — a ball of energy and fun waiting to meet you! I am a super playful and affectionate 3-and-a-half year old girl with a wonderful personality. Even though I’m a fully-grown adult, my petite size and spunkiness makes me look like an 8-month-old — I think I’ll be a kitten forever! I came in to Pixie with a litter of kittens, but now I’m fixed and my years of motherhood are over. I’m so relieved! I think I’d do great with another young and playful boy kitty with similar energy to my own, but I’d also do well as an only cat — especially in a busy household with lots of toys to chase and people to snuggle! I love every person I meet! Will you be my new  best friend? I’d love to meet you! I’m currently residing at Petco on SE 122nd & Division, so come say hello!  I come to you spayed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped  for an adoption fee of $100.
