“Adventure time, come on grab your friends. We’ll go to very distance lands, with you and me the fun will never end. It’s adventure time!” Hi everyone! My name is Finn, and I am a happy and energetic 7-8 month old Pit mix weighing in at 45lbs. Enthusiastic is my middle name and I am always eager to try new things and see new places. I am still a pup, so I am in the middle of learning some manners. But I am very smart and with some clicker training and yummy treats, I could learn to join you on your morning jogs or maybe even do some agility! BASIC TRAINING CLASSES ARE MANDATORY FOR MY ADOPTION. When I am not playing fetch with you, you can find me romping around with my doggy pals. I have very good dog skills, and though I get super excited and do the zoomies, if a doggy tells me to back off, I will listen! I am super terrified of those cats though, so none in my home please. With my exuberance and bounciness, though I am friendly with everyone I meet, I would do best living with older kiddos over 12 who can be involved in my training and wouldn’t mind my wiggliness. Camping, hiking, water sports, you name it! So many fun things to do in PNW and I can’t wait to go on adventure with you today! Fill out an application and we can set up a meet. I come to you neutered, vaccinated, and micro-chipped with an adoption fee of $350.

Oh! Hello! Hi! How are you? My name is Butterscotch and I am a 7 lb 1 year old Yorkie/terrier mix who is always on the go! Being a pup, I am all sorts of energy who is ready to play play play! Whether it’s with my adult human pals or my doggy pals who can keep up with my pace, romping around and playing with toys is my favorite thing. I do still have some manners to learn, so a training lesson or class from a certified trainer is mandatory for my adoption. I am very food motivated, which is an extra plus when learning new things! I tend to express myself with my voice, so I would be best in an owned home. With another confident doggy friend would be even better! No kitties in my home please! The trainer says I am very much a yorkie temperament, and that someone who is experienced with the breed would be a perfect fit for me. I am a little bit of a wild child, but that just makes me twice as fun! So fill out an application and we can set up a meet! I come to you vaccinated, micro-chipped and neutered with an adoption fee of $350.

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THESE CATS ARE NOT BEING HOMED BY THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ON TATER TOT AND BUSTER, PLEASE CONTACT SHARIE AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

Tater Tot (top) is supersoft and SUPER friendly two-year-old female cat. She loves being outside most of the day. Loves scratching posts and is friendly with absolutely everyone. She likes to be held on her own terms, but enjoys a long back scratch in the evening. See she is used to older kids, 10 and older. I currently feed her quality wet and dry food with no grains. She is up to date on all her medical care. She shares her home with another two-year-old male cat, Buster, but they don’t seem particularly close.

Buster (bottom) is a friendly, snuggly cat who needs a little time to get to know you. Once he knows you are a friend he will lay on you chest for an hour and let you cuddle and adore him. He likes to roam outdoors  during the day And needs that outdoor time. He currently lives with two adults, two kids 10 and older, and one other two year old female cat named Tater Tot. He gets along with Tater Tot, and could continue living with her, but would also be fine having all the human attention for himself. They tolerate each other.  We are moving and sadly can’t take our cats with us. If you have a loving home with older kids or adults, Buster would add a lot of joy to your life! Buster is caught up medically, is very healthy and fed both wet and dry quality food.

I would feel comfortable with them being separated as they don’t spend a whole lot of time together and seem to tolerate each other more than enjoy each other’s company. But they are used to living together and could be a pair in a new home once again. They started out in the Humane Society together which is why I adopted them together in the beginning. Unfortunately,  I’m having to move to a place that does not allow or have room for cats.

Oh hi! My name is Zeke and it is such a pleasure to meet you! I know, I know. My underbite drew you in right? I always make such funny faces for my pals, because I love to entertain! Silly and downright adorable I am a 2 year old Brussels Griffon mix weighing in at 18lbs. Believe it or not, I am actually a native Texan who is still getting used to the busyness of the PNW. In fact, the downtown area here is just a little too much for me and I have hard time walking. But an owned home in a quieter neighborhood tucked away from the main streets would be just about perfect for me! Especially if there was another doggy pal that could join us. Being younger, I am an exuberant player with my doggy pals and even am in playgroup with a big lab! I even wouldn’t mind a confident cat in the home, as I stay clear of the office kitty in the Pixie lobby. I love back scritches, belly rubs, and playing with my favorite toys! Overall, I am a very happy and playful guy who is always up for meeting any new friends I meet along the way, including my human pals over 12. Fill out an application today, so we can set up a meet! I come to you vaccinated, micro-chipped, and neutered with an adoption fee of $350.

Why hello! I am the orange Julius and I’m an incredibly easy-going and squishable 13-year-old kitty looking for love! I’m all about just hanging with my people and enjoying the comfort of their company. I thoroughly enjoy head butts and cuddles, chatting about books and fine wine, and gazing out the window at the world outside. That’s really all I need when it comes to the outdoors, however, and I’d be perfectly fine as an indoor kitty in an apartment or larger home. I’m pretty indifferent to other kitties and dogs and would be okay living with another pet as long as I was allowed a little bit of time and space to get used to them. I’m a very gentle guy with soft, brushable fur and a very big heart. Have you noticed I’m also incredibly handsome? Pixie has run blood work on me and has made sure I’m in good health, and I do not have any special needs at this time. I will make someone a very low-maintenance but extremely affectionate companion kitty! Would you like to meet me? I’m currently residing in a foster home, so please fill out an application to come see me soon! I come to you fixed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped for an adoption fee of $80.

*THIS DOG IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY; PLEASE CONTACT BO AT 503-348-9802 FOR MORE DETAILS*

Hi, my name is Bailey! I am a sweet 3-4 year old Great Pyrenees mix (maybe Pyrenees-Pointer?).

I am very friendly to all people and I especially love kids. I’m great with cats and other small animals, but I can be dog selective.  I can get along with lots of dogs, especially if we have been properly introduced, however I am not too keen on puppies, aggressive or submissive behavior, or if you’re bigger than me!  Makes me feel insecure!

My people tell me that I am an angel at home. I have never destroyed or chewed anything – I know my toy basket and keep to it! I sleep through the night without a peep and I’m usually the last one to get up. I have not been crate trained, but there was never a need to crate me. I am just that well behaved! I take my job of guarding the house seriously and will let the delivery people and yard workers know that I am around. I am very well behaved on walks with my gentle leader, but am not always keen on meeting other dogs this way. I enjoy car rides and sit quietly in the back, you wouldn’t even know I was there! I have learned lots of commands and am generally eager to please my humans! I love cuddling on the couch and would happily be a lap dog if I were smaller.

I would love to go to a home with a job for me to do! Do you have some property or livestock I can watch over? If you have a dog, I would love to properly meet them! An older mellow female would be my ideal choice.  If interested in my adoption, please contact Bo at 503-348-9802 or bogusia.kowalska@gmail.com

–THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; THIS CAT IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. FOR MORE INFO ON ALISYN, PLEASE CONTACT CAROLINE AT THE PHONE/EMAIL BELOW–

Alysin is a very sweet 7 year kitty. She sleeps a lot, she does not wake us at night. She likes to sleep curled up next to one of us. She loves to be petted, but does not like to be held. She is a little skittish, but does warm up to people relatively quickly.  She currently lives with a big dog and 2 kids and tolerates them well.  We have had her since she was a kitten. The only reason we need to find her a new home is that a couple times a year when we have overnight guests she pees where she shouldn’t and we cannot manage that any longer.  We may try a trial of kitty prozac to see if that helps with this issue.  She is a great companion, and would likely do really well in a  low-key home.

If you are interested in Alisyn, please contact Caroline at caro3@juno.com or 503-421-9249.

Ten hut! My name is Sarge and I am silly, bouncy 7 year old black lab weighing in at 55 lbs. After climbing the ranks for years, I finally made it toward the top of the chain. But I still have a little extra training needed before I can go all the way. But guess what? I am lab! Which means I am super food motivated which can help me iron out some of that bounciness and pulling on leash. I am very sociable and friendly guy with my human pals over 12 and those other doggies too! In fact, I have made so many dog friends here at Pixie, both big and small. I even seem to do ok with those dog confident kitties too! Since I am so big and strong, I would thrive best in a owned home with a little space that I can stretch my legs. I do go on daily walks with the Pixie volunteers, but am new to a harness and still learning how to control my excitement to pull forward and getting in all the smells. I am just a funny, handsome, and happy go lucky guy ready to get out of the barracks and into a home with my new family. So fill out an application today and we can set up a meet! I come to you vaccinated, micro-chipped, and neutered with an adoption fee of $350.
