Oh. Um. Hi. Um. It is so nice to meet you. Um. My name is Dottie and I am a shy but sweet 1 year old poodle/doxie mix weighing in at 10lbs. I am also pretty adorable if I do say so myself! Since I am a bit of shrinking violet, it does take some time to come out of my shell to my adult human pals. But with some tasty treats and a little bit of patience, one can see that I really am a happy and wiggly gal. TRAINING CLASSES ARE MANDATORY FOR MY ADOPTION! I enjoy the company of other dogs and they tend to boost my confidence. Thus, since I am a bit of a follower, I would need another confident doggy in my home to really shine! In addition to another pup, a dog savvy kitty would be ok in my home too.  The higher car and foot traffic areas are a little too much for me and I immediately want to go back inside. Thus, a quiet low key neighborhood would make me feel more relaxed and comfortable on walks. I could probably adapt to a mellow duplex and would absolutely love a house with a yard, but apartments and condos are just too busy and overwhelming.  Since I am timid with new people and in new situations, I am not one for busy, crowded places or lots of urban explorations. But a few walks around the block or even a nice quiet secluded hike would be ok by me! Once I am comfortable, my playful side comes out and I get excited and spin in circles. The ladies at Pixie think it is pretty cute. Overall, I am a sensitive and soft, friendly pup looking for my forever companion who can continue to help me blossom and reach my true potential! Fill out an application today to set up a meet. I come to you vaccinated, micro-chipped, and spayed with an adoption fee of $350.

It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s a…mini chow? Look again! It’s me, Bibi the chi chi. At 9 years young, I am a happy and flashy chihuahua lady with a heart of gold! I also never seem to stop smiling which is super contagious and thus everyone around me always has a grin too. Being quite the socialite, I am always eager to say hi to everyone I meet from other dogs, cats and kiddos over 8. I love going for my daily walks, which I honestly need as I am on a little bit of health kick and exercise plan. At the end of the walk, I am ready for lots snuggles and pets on the couch! I can sometimes be a little vocal, especially when I am transitioning into a new place. But my fosters, who are in a quiet apartment complex, say that I take really well to training and am doing much better already! Fluffy and silly, with a heart bursting with love, I am ready to share it all with my forever companion. Will it be you? Fill out an application so we can set up a meet. I come you vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed with an adoption fee of $350.

My name is REESE! I am looking for my forever home. Could it be you? I am a 10-year-old, Female, Domestic Shorthair. About me: I am a very loving cat that enjoys sitting on your lap, getting chin scratches, watching the world go by through a window, and living indoors.  Though I am quite affectionate, adorable, and very sweet,  I am also a rather anxious cat that needs a quiet, calm environment to live comfortably.  I am generally shy of strangers, fearful of children, do not like being picked up (I’ll come to your lap in time though), and nervous in general.  I have been taking Prozac every day for several years, which certainly helps.  Just put it in my wet food from Trader Joe’s and I’m good to go!  I have lived with other cats, but I prefer to have all the attention from my owner and could never live with a dog (as they are too scary for me)!  Moreover, if I’m purr-fectly honest, I have had issues eliminating outside the litter box from time to time; though when given the proper amount of time, energy, attention, and support that I deserve, it has been largely manageable.  I think I will do best in a home where I am the only pet and I have a dedicated “cat space” to call my own. I’ve had consistent annual vet visits, all my important vaccinations, have been spayed, and I am not declawed.  Will you be my forever pet parent?

This is CB (short for Cheeseball). He is about 2.5 or 3, fixed, chipped, and shots updated. About a year and a half ago, he adopted my husband and I from a neighbors house who had little kids and were not able to take care of him. They eventually moved and gave him to us. We bonded with him quickly. His nature is very sweet and he is very funny and playful. He is very affectionate and physical, loves brushes and pets, but not into being held, probably from being dragged around by little kids when he was a kitten.

The issue is that we are moving to Europe and we don’t think we can take him. It’s very sad for us but we are working hard to find him a forever home and perfect fit. He used to go outside and was an avid hunter, but he would get very very sick from being outside and eating animals so we patched him up and made the decision to keep him inside and he is doing great. He really needs to continue to stay inside. He is not safe at all outside. He invented the term “curiosity killed the cat”. Also, he ran away from a home with little kids to find us so we feel the best fit would be a couple or single or older gentle kids. He really need someone to devote themselves to taking care of him. I don’t think it will be hard to fall in love with him but of course I’m biased. If you think you are this person or people please contact us! We are really hoping to find him a great forever home. We will be involved in the process which I feel will make it a smoother transition for everyone.  He currently very content and being treated very well so we want to transition him to a similar home.

Maisie here! I am a sweet shepherd mix who, despite being 80lbs, loves to spoon and snuggle! At about 5 years old, I am an active girl and love to play with other dogs once I get to know them. I need a slow introduction, but would love to have a calm doggie friend in my new home. Someone to help me learn, but also to be a companion and playmate. I love the idea of walks, but I can sometimes get overstimulated. I will need my human friend to continue to work with me on feeling comfortable as I walk by other dogs. Because I am still learning to walk, a home in a more rural area with large space to run and play would be ideal. I love kids, but sometimes I forget how big I am and would do best in a home with kiddos older than 14. My new home should be cat free – I love to chase them, but for some reason they don’t appreciate it! I really am the sweetest girl and would love to meet you!

I am micro-chipped, spayed, and up to date on vaccines! My re-homing fee is $200 and my current owner will fully reimburse this fee upon completion/proof of behavior modification training with a certified trainer. Please contact my mama, Nicole,  ( to fill out an application.

Howdy! My name is Hannah, I’m a 7 year old Black Lab/Pit mix and I weigh in at about 50lbs. I’m a curious, intelligent, kind, cuddly pup and will take any opportunity to snooze either next to you or somewhere in the sun. I especially like showing off my tricks for your friends (but only if I’m getting a treat out of it)! I love to explore and sniff around the block. Sometimes, my mama has to hold me back from chasing squirrels, but I’m pretty leash-trained besides that. Some of my favorite things are: playing tug with you, going to the beach and swimming in the water, going on long walks, meeting new people, and taking naps all afternoon! But with any pup you meet, I have a story as well. I originally come from a woman who raised me since I was just a pup and I developed anxiety when I was 7 months old. I take two medications to help with my anxiety, and they usually keep me pretty stable. I’m also dog selective, meaning I really like sniffing and playing with some dogs, but other pups intimidate me and I get timid and on edge. I also love, love, love my owner SO much! With that, I need someone who can either desensitize my separation anxiety, or hang out with me all day!  I’d prefer a home with a stable routine, no small children, and an owned home in a quiet and peaceful area. If there is another dog in the home it would need to be a confident male dog companion around my size. I’ve had two wonderful owners, but am in need of a better environment so everyone (especially me) can thrive.
I come vaccinated, micro-chipped, and with all my food, medications, toys, and bed!
I’m hoping I can find my forever home, and my mama really wants to help out with that. If you are interested, she is best reached through email:
I hope you have a darn tootin’ goofin’ good day!

I am the stately and adorable Vera Catz, here to reign as mayor over the town of Your Heart! I’m a young lady around 1&1/2 years old, and am a petite little lady as well, weighing in at under 7 pounds. Don’t let my small size and all-black fur fool you — I have lots of very loving personality to share, and am happy to spend as much time with my person as possible. When I first came to Pixie, I was a little bashful, but now that I’m settled in, I’m quick to come out and say hello to everyone who visits the Pixie cattery — I just want some lovin’, and I can’t wait any longer! I’m also very playful once I’ve warmed up, and can be encouraged out of a heavy nap with a string toy, since I just can’t resist. Though I might be a tad shy at first, I’m great with children and am a very, very gentle kitty that never hisses or scratches, so I’d make a good family cat as long as I was allowed just a little time to settle in and get my bearings. I came from a home with quite a few other cats so I’m used to that and would make a fine friend for another cat again, however I’m also perfectly happy to live out life as the only kitty as well. I’m used to being totally indoors, and wouldn’t mind apartment life. I am a healthy girl that’s ready for my new lease on life, and furthering my political career as your choice for Cat of the House. Vote for me? Fill out an application to meet me today! I come to you fixed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped for an adoption fee of $100.

What is everyone’s favorite snack, that you just can’t get enough of? That’s me — Popcorn! I’m a big, super-friendly, 4-year-old guy that can’t wait to complete your family’s movie night! I am all about social time, and am eager to say hello to every new person I see! I’m very gentle and would be a great family cat, ready to entertain people big and small with my handsome face and out-going personality. I have lived successfully around other cats and dogs in my past, and am pretty good with everyone — sometimes my big size can be intimidating and other confident males can think I’m a show-off, so a nice, passive lady cat would probably be the best fit for me if any. I’m also very happy to be your one-and-only cat in the home, and have a lot of dog-like personalities to make you feel like you have the best of both worlds! Due to my size and young, playful energy, apartment life is probably not ideal for me — I could use space and lots of attention! I’m not a super hyper-active guy, though… trust me, I take my nap time very seriously. Cuddle time, too, if you’ll allow it! I’m a big mush that can’t wait to find my forever family! Fill out an application soon so we can meet! I come to you fixed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped for an adoption fee of $100.
