Bat Cat is the bold, curious explorer of the pair. He loves to climb, perch up high, and investigate everything around him. He’s very affectionate—but in an enthusiastic way. He does the cutest thing where he bats at you or pops up on his back legs to demand attention, and once he’s getting pets, he does not like to sit still. He wiggles, repositions, and leans in to get the best possible
scratches. He does like exploring water, so I keep the shower curtain closed and toilet door shut as he will go an investigate. I have never had trouble with him on kitchen counters though. He’s playful, energetic, and highly social with his brother—chasing, wrestling, and interacting constantly. While he will meow if he gets stuck somewhere, he’s otherwise a quiet cat. His absolute favorite thing in the world is Moo Cow.
Moo Cow (White with Cow Spots)
Moo Cow is a soft, shy, gentle soul. He’s curious but cautious, often poking around quietly and observing from low, cozy hiding spots or a window perch. He’s not overly affectionate, but when he wants pets, he’ll adorably flop down in front of you while you’re walking. He also loves to lie next to you—just out of reach—keeping company without demanding attention. He enjoys playing on his own, especially with small objects like hair ties, which he bats around happily (until he notices he’s being watched, then he freezes). He adores his brother and joins play sessions, though he’s never the instigator. In a quieter home with time and patience, he has the potential to become more affectionate. He is also exceptionally soft—truly one of the softest cats you’ll ever pet. He does not meow if he gets trapped, so I always check the rooms before shutting the door.
Bat Cat and Moo Cow are deeply bonded and sleep together regularly. They grew up with another cat and a dog and did very well—Moo Cow especially loved the dog. They have not been around children. When guests visit, both tend to hide at first, though Bat Cat comes out sooner than Moo Cow.
