*08/08/23 THIS IS A COURTESY POST* Black Kitty IS NOT BEING RE-HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY.  PLEASE CONTACT Amy at arezell@gmail.com

Black Kitty is an almost 1 1/2 year old, sweet, affectionate, silky smooth, curious cat who loves to do zoomies around the house when his senior dachshunds and rescue Mom get up in the morning to start their day. He was found as a nomad but is comfortable around people, very friendly and is litter box trained.

Kitty loves getting attention and perching up in my front window and watching the world outside, especially birds. I know he was around cats when he was a nomad and assume he would do well with other friendly cats indoors. He has his favorite toys he plays with but really likes it when he gets a hold of a chapstick tube and gets to play with it when no one is looking.

I think Kitty would do well in a home that has experience with cats and their unique personalities. He has been an indoor cat since I rescued him from his life on the suburban streets, as I believe it to be much safer. I’m very much a ‘dog person’ and never had a cat, but he’s been very easy to take care of and he’s done well with my senior dachshunds. Kitty has been vetted, vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and got a clean bill of health from the vet. Records will be provided upon adoption as well as his toys, bed, perch, etc. Requesting a donation be made to The Pixie Project as his adoption fee.
