Hi!  I’m Beau, a 6 year old Havanese, with 12 pounds of love.  I can’t wait to meet you as I’ve never met a human I didn’t like.  I’m going to tell you how happy I am to see you when we first meet but I’ll quiet down in a few minutes.  All I ask is a little love and attention and I’ll be loyal to you forever.  I’m not picky about what we do together but I want to spend as much time with you as I can.  I like to explore and play outside but can also happily snooze in my bed for the afternoon.  I can be a little nervous so my ideal owner would have a predictable routine and be able to spend a lot of time with me.  My dream would be with someone who works from home.  There is a reason they call my breed “velcro dogs.”  I feel a bit shy around other dogs so I’d prefer not to have them in my new home.  I haven’t lived with cats and I’m not sure how I feel about them.  I like kids and am good with them, but I think it would be better if they just visited and didn’t live with me.  I’ve had a little trouble remembering to use the bathroom outside lately but the behaviorist says, with a little time and some boundaries, I’ll be back on track quickly.  I’m very healthy and love treats.  If you happen to play the piano I’ll sing along.  I know how to sit, stay, and go to my “place” as long as I know there’s a treat in it for me.  You’ll like that I don’t shed or cause problems for people with allergies.  I’m spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped so I’m all ready to go home with you!  $350 rehoming fee.
