*WINSTON AND DOUG ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY, PLEASE CONTACT TALENA AT talenavansword@gmail.com*

Two “brothers” in search of a new home.

Winston is a 9 year old Grey Tabby. He’s friendly to all. It doesn’t matter if you are a cat, dog, or human he does not discriminate. Winston will play aloof and then magically appear on your lap. He’s a purr-factory. If purrs were a commodity we’d be in business. Winston loves to sleep at the foot of the bed. Chill on the couch. But, his favorite thing is snuggling Doug.

Doug is an 8 year old Bengal Tabby mix. Doug plays hard to get. But, after a proper amount of observation he will snuggle you with head butts and nuzzles. Doug likes to use his voice. Not in an annoying all the time sort of way. He’ll just let you know when he’s hungry. Doug has a past medical issue which needs to be addressed. He has not had any problems since age 2. But, he has to be fed wet food for the rest of his life to keep his kidneys and urethra in order. It doesn’t have to be fancy wet food either! Just wet. He needs proper hydration because he has had crystals in his urethra.

We need to say goodbye to our beloved cats because of the classic tale of a new baby. I didn’t know I would suffer from PPA (Postpartum Anxiety). I worry about them smothering the baby by accident. I worry about occasional tracked litter being picked up and eaten by the baby. Our cats have been exiled to only a portion of our family home for the last six months. They deserve better. They deserve free reign. They deserve cuddles and strokes. And, we can not provide that for them anymore on a regular basis.

Both cats are microchipped, neutered, and vaccinated.

Both cats will be professionally groomed and furminated before re-homed.

Stipulations:

They come as a pair.

They have to stay indoor cats.

They have to be fed wet food.

Please call or email if you are interested in adding Winston and Doug to your family.
