Hi! Allow me to introduce Marribelle. She is a very sweet long haired mainecoon tortie mix that I adopted as a rescue last November, 2020. she’s approximately a little over 3 years old and up to date on her vaccines,
microchipped and healthy.

When I rescued her through Multnomah Humane Society, I learned she had been on the streets as a stray with an unknown history for an unknown amount of time. Judging by how under weight she was at 8 lbs (which is too skinny for a mainecoon), she most likely had been out there on her own for a spell.

she’s house broken and mostly a home body. when I’m home I let her have access to the outside during the day, but she tends to like to stay close by.  She would do fine as an indoor kitty, especially if there’s frequently someone home and someone to play with her.

Although she’s not a lap cat, she will rub up against you and join you on the bed or the couch, she loves being close. She loves a good rub down and has the sweetest chirpy purr. Good around mature children, unknown about how she is with smaller, hyper kids. unknown how she is with dogs. I think she may get along with other playful younger cats… but she was too much for my older senior cat. that’s why I am sadly deciding to re-home her, out of loyalty and concern for my older cat.
