I am the magical, mythical, majestic Oz! I’m the most handsome ginger man you ever did see, and I have the heart, courage, and smarts to make the perfect kitty that you’ve been searching for. I’m a senior gentleman at around 12-years-old, but that doesn’t mean I’ve slowed down completely. I’m still a very playful guy, and will heartily chase and jump in the air after a wand toy when I’m in a “hunting” mood! After I’ve caught my “kill”, I will triumphantly carry it around and show off my hunting finesse. Though I may have a hunger for feather toys, I’m the gentlest guy around humans, and while I may be a terror for fuzzy fake mice, I will flop over and drool when people big and small offer me attention. I’m your typical sugary sweet orange tabby, which is why the staff at the shelter call me gingerbread man, and ooh and ahh over my adorable freckled nose and sweetest disposition. I don’t mind being held or cuddled, and I’ll gladly let you rub my belly if you like. I am used to living indoors as well as around other cats, and would make a wonderful addition to almost any home, since I’m very laidback. Like many kitties my age, I am in the early stages of kidney disease, so I eat a kidney diet that will help me live a longer healthier life, and I am not on any medications at this time. Just like any senior kitty, I’ll just need regular vet care to make sure I’m on track and it’s likely that I’ll still have many years of life to spend on my adventure with my forever family. Are you ready to follow the yellow brick road on to the Emerald City? Looking for a ginger man to make your holiday season complete? I think you’ll adore me, so come meet me soon! I’m currently residing in a foster home, so fill out an application to meet me today! I come to you fixed, vaccinated and micro-chipped for an adoption fee of $80.
