Dilly dilly — It’s me, Philly! I am a super playful, energetic, and snuggly 11-month-old girl with personality for days! I am the life of the party and become fast friends with absolutely everyone I meet. I could spend hours and hours chasing a string toy or wrestling with my furry feline foster brother, it never gets old! I have one of the loudest purrs you’ll ever hear, and once I’m done with play time, I will plop right on your lap and snuggle up for a long nap. I’m a very floppy kitty and don’t mind being picked up and handled like a wet noodle — I’m very flexible! I know I would be a good fit for a home with a lot of activity. I am still a teenager and so I’m all about party time, play time, and keeping up a busy social life. I’m very social with other cats and definitely will thrive in a home where I have a feline friend to bond with. I’m currently living in a small apartment and though I’ve very happy, it seems a bit too small for me and I would really enjoy a larger space to frolic in. I don’t have much experience around dogs, but my confident and curious demeanor makes me think I’ll come around to the idea of living with a canine pretty quickly.
