Hi!   I’m Violet!   I’m a brown/brindled Boston Terrier who loves to meet new people.   I’m up for pretty much anything, from cuddling under blankets and binge-watching Battlestar Galactica to trekking 15 miles up Mt. Hood on a hike.   My favorite thing besides cuddling on the couch is playing fetch.   You won’t BELIEVE how well I can jump!   If you’ve got a fenced yard and a tennis ball, we’ll get along perfectly.

What else am I good at?   Sitting, staying, shaking, swimming, SUNBATHING, walking loose-leashed all over my hood, sleeping in, going on long car rides and all kinds of other good-dog deeds.   I also don’t shred things, make a mess or get upset when I’m alone in the house.

 What am I working on?   I’m taking medication and working with a behaviorist for anxiety and to help me learn to get along with other dogs.   I’m also not very good at sharing bones.   I’ll be my best and most happy in a  home without other animals and without small children.   I really love kiddos, but I just get too excited and I could knock them over.   All I really want is to be someone’s companion/cuddle buddy.   If you have a quiet house, a blanket on the couch, and a good place for walking and fetch, then I’m you girl.   Contact James at  (785) 727-0705  for more information!
