Aloha! My name is Maka and I am a 4 year old Airedale terrier mix that has traveled far and wide in search of a new home! Originally from Hawaii, the Pacific Northwest has turned out to be everything I could hope for!  Sure it’s a bit colder than what I’m used to, but the people are soooo nice! And all the activities!  Easy access to everything from snow shoeing to beach running with hiking and mountain climbing in between – it’s paradise for a high energy dog like me!   I’m fun loving, exuberant boy and will make a family a great companion!  I do great with other dogs, good with older kids (I’m a bit bouncy for the youngsters), and need a home without kitties.
