Are you ready for adventure? Me too! I’m Scout a 1 year old Cattle Dog mix who is as smart as I am handsome.  You won’t need a wilderness survival guide when I’m around, I know all the tricks to starting a campfire, knot tying, and cooking the perfect hot dog (I’m a terrific taste tester too)!  Pretty skilled, huh?  Well to be honest, there are still some things I don’t know and will need to go through puppy classes.  I’m also a great match for anyone who has an agility course in their back yard (or want one!).  When I first came into the shelter I needed help making friends with other canines, I’ve come a long way but still need work on socialization and I’m not a dog park dog. My ideal home is a cat-free, active adult only home that really wants to focus on making me the best dog ever! I won’t let you down, Scout’s honor! Am I the boy for you?
