Hey hey hey! Your best-buddy-to-be Cecil here! I’m one spunky little boy who is ready to par-tay! You bring the punch and I’ll be the entertainment.  I’m an exuberant boy that can sometimes come on a little strong (I just like making friends SO MUCH), so I’m best with other confident canine companions and older kids. I do well with kitties. I am a 2 1/2 years old Min Pin mix and have plenty of gusto for neighborhood walks but at about 11 lbs I’m a great size for late night snuggles.
