The key to Ebby’s heart is patience–she’s been through the ringer so she needs a little time to trust you… but once she does, you’re in for a treat! And speaking of her heart, that white spot on Ebby’s chest indicates exactly where hers is—if you pet it, she’ll give you kisses. She’ll also give you kisses if you feed her dinner, treats or water. Her back legs are a little stiff, but she’s doing pretty darn good for an lady of a certain age (about 8 years young)!

 

She’s a little clumsy on the leash and intimidated by long staircases, but we suspect that with a little training and time she’ll learn all the tricks of the dog trade. More than anything, Ebby needs a family to love her.
