My name is Roxanne, I’m about six months old. I am long-haired and part Ragdoll (I go limp when you pick me up.) I am white all over and have a grey tail. Speaking of tales, have I got one for you! I spent the first four months of my life living outside with my mom and siblings, but then was rescued by Pixie Project! I have been in foster care for the last few months, learning how to be a sweet housecat. I am still shy but I have come a long way and just keep on improving! I still sometimes give one small hiss just before I get picked up, but that’s all. Then I’ll do that limpy thing, and will even let you hold me on my back. Yeah, I’m a bit of an enigma that way.  I like to sleep in cozy places (like a closet), and will hang out on my foster mommy’s bed with her to watch tv.. As long as you move slowly, I will accept treats and chin scritches and reward you by purring like a motorboat. I love dangly toys and really go crazy for Da Bird.  I am great with the litter box and scratching post, and I get along with other kitties. (Actually, my favorite kitty is my sister Leona. We cuddle all the time in the closet!) There’s a chihuahua in the house too, and we are simpatico (even when she is stealing my treats.) Because I am shy, I would do best in a home with older children. So, whaddya think?
