Max is an affectionate and mellow 14-year-old male who is looking for a new home due to his former owners move to an assisted living facility.  On a rainy day, Max loves snuggle up comfortably in your lap, a sofa back or in his bed where he can watch the world go by. On a sunny day he loves to stretch out and soak in the rays, or stealthy hunt yard mice to keeps those unwanted visitors away!

Max grew up in a home with a large dog and another cat, but tends to enjoy his owner’s company over the other pets.  He is really fond of people and loves to meet and greet visitors.  He eats and drinks well and has good litter box habits.  He’s primarily an indoor cat but will let his owners know when he wants out to explore a bit.

If you can offer Max a new loving and safe home or would like some more information, please contact Kevin Paff at or via text/calls at 360-601-0136.

Hi there — I’m Luna! I am a strikingly gorgeous American Shorthair mix with spots like a leopard and stripes like a tiger! I’m about 5 years old and am a very lively young lady with a lot of energy and personality to go around. I have a really silly sounding meow which you’ll hear if you walk up to my cage — I’m saying, “Hello! Please pet me!” I’m extremely affectionate and really crave human attention. Just look at me, I’m cute as a button! I have lived peacefully around other cats in the past but after going through transition and being at the shelter, I’m not a huge fan and would probably need slow introductions to any new potential kitty family members. I’m currently living at the Petco on SE 122nd & Division, so come say hello and fill out an application if you’re interested in taking me home! I just know we’d be best friends. I come to you spayed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped for an adoption fee of $100.

Hey there! I’m Cato, I’m 8 years old, and I’m a rad cat if you don’t mind my saying so. I’m affectionate, friendly, and I like pretty much everyone. I love being the first to say hello when anyone comes over to visit, and I’ve cohabited with 2 different cats and probably could befriend dogs too. I’m not usually bossy which makes me super easy going. I was named for a character in the old Pink Panther movies. If you’re not familiar, he’s a very nimble and loyal friend capable of incredible physical stunts. I’m proud of my name – while I’m maybe not as svelte as I once was, I’m always down for exploring and like to see the world from different vantage points. You never know what you’ll discover! My person of 8 years just got married and her new husband has trouble breathing around me, so I need a new home asap. She’s hoping to find a great new family for me where I can explore and be showered with affection – I love my nightly routine of making biscuits and snuggling. Oh, and did I mention I’m a looker? People regularly call me handsome and I’m quite fond of their praise. I’m also reallllllly good at chasing little red lights and leaping after feathers, which I know is surprising given my roley-poley physique. I have all my claws (I’ll even let you clip them if you give me fish flakes after) and shots, and if in the future I have to have some dental work, my person will help with the costs. She knows I like to eat. In fact, she thinks I’m ready for an all-wet food diet since my other cat-panion who would never touch wet food is now in a new home too! I’m pretty pumped about my tasty culinary future.
If you think you could be a new family for me, please email:
I can’t wait to sit on your chest and purr.

I’m Mickey and have been told I’m a seriously awesome cat! I’m about 10 years old but have the energy of a 3 year old (love to play and eat catnip). I’m very social, love to be pet, and really shed very little. I have been checked out by a vet and he also said I look like I’m 3 years old and in perfect health. (have vet records and can transfer the microchip registration). I’m litter box trained, and my ideal home would have a cat door. I really love to hang out with people–when people come to the house I don’t run and hide.

I have been my current home about seven months. I was adopted from an elderly woman who had to give up my friend a dog (a Boxer) and me due to her experiencing sudden health problems. I have a lot of confidence and definitely am the Alpha to the dog at my current home which is stressing him out too much it seems (he’s a beta, sensitive 10 year old Boston Terrier).

Mickey would be a great pet for someone without a dog or a dog who has plenty of confidence. We aren’t sure how Mickey would do with other cats. Happy to answer any questions you might have. We want him to find a great home. Please contact us at and we live in NE Portland.

The road goes ever on and on, down from the door where it began…. Oh hi there! Were you interested in going on an adventure with us? We are two orange tabby brothers who are just under a year old looking for a Shire of our own to settle down in. We are extremely sweet and social boys who are playful and adventurous — just like our names suggest! While we might be just a tad shy when you first come to see us, it only takes a minute to bring us out of our shells and the next thing you know, we’ll be rubbing up against you, hopping up in your lap, or looking for a toy to chase! We grew up around lots of other cats and are very, very sweet. We are pretty bonded and would love to go home together — but at the very least, both of us would definitely benefit from another young social cat in the home. We love other friendly felines just as much as we love people! Are you on a journey to find your best friends? Come down to Pixie to meet us today! We come to you vaccinated, fixed, and micro-chipped for an adoption fee of $100 each (or $180 for the pair).

What’s warm and sweet and sugary all over? Me — I’m Funnel Cake! I am an extremely friendly and social 3-year-old lady with so much personality to go around! Even though I’m new to the shelter, I’m not shy about asking for attention. Anyone who will offer me love will be welcomed by me rolling over on my back and showing you my belly –it means, “I love you! Pet me! Pet me!” I’m so soft and adorable that everyone who meets me falls in love right away. No wonder they named me after a delicious dessert! So far, I’m not a huge fan of other cats but I am living peacefully with them in the Pixie cattery. I am super playful though — the staff catch me playing by myself all the time! Are you interested in meeting me? I’d love to make your day a little sweeter, so come by Pixie today! I come to you spayed, micro-chipped, and vaccinated for an adoption fee of $100.

Hi! My name is Bella and I am a beautiful 3-year-old Shih Tzu/Spitz/Chihuahua mix weighing in at 14lbs. Did you notice my totally adorable underbite? It goes great with my Queen Bee crown! Ha! Though I am not much of a cuddler, I really enjoy being active whether it is going for a hike or a walk around the block, or going to town chewing on my favorite nylabone. I am slowly getting used to the busy city life, but since I am a bit sensitive, I would really love a low key home in a quiet neighborhood or outskirts of the city with no cats or kids. Since I have a tendency to sing, I would need to be in a home owned by my adopters. Though I take some time to warm up to you, it is well worth it and is so rewarding when I start smothering you with kisses! I am a very smart lady and with the help of my food motivation, I am a  very quick learner. I am even already crate trained! Even though dog parks are a bit too overwhelming for me, I do have a few puppy pals and wouldn’t mind another confident boy pup in the home. I am looking for that special someone that has the time and patience to watch my personality blossom-full of endless entertainment and cuteness from the fantastic underbite! Will that someone be you? Fill out an application today, so we can meet. I come to you vaccinated, spayed, and micro-chipped with an adoption fee of $300.

Hey everyone! My name is April Ludgate and I am a beautiful 5 month old Pit/Shepherd mix. Not only do I have a funny and big personality like my TV counterpart, but I am also going to be very big in size too, with my parent’s weighing 70-80lbs. I am just growing up so fast!  I am very ambitious and am ready to take on the world and learn all about it.  Puppy classes and basic obedience would be great for me, as I am very smart and already know some basics like “sit” and am already crate trained (I call it City Hall-HA!). Being from a rural area, I would love to stick to my roots and be in a home outside the city with lots of yard to run around in. Since I am so young, I would love having another confident male dog to show me the ropes! Although the April on TV is sarcastic and serious, I am the complete opposite and can be entertaining, but cuddly as well. In fact, I love snuggles! Though I do great with my resident kids, since I will need to have all the focus on me for a little bit while I go through training and puppy classes, I would do best in an adult only home for now. I am too interested in those kitties as well, so no cats in my home please. I am strong lady with passion and drive to be the best  I can be. With my training, I hope to go from intern to running the show!

My family wants what is best for me and to set me up for success in my new home! Thus, they would like to have you have a meet n greet with me, your family, and  your current pup! If you are interested in setting up a meeting, please contact Lauren at! I come to you with my initial vaccinations with a re-homing fee of $150.
