Mike W

– THIS DOG IS NOT BEING HOMED THROUGH THE PIXIE PROJECT. THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING; PLEASE CONTACT URSULA AT EMAIL BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION –

Our dear Mike Wasowski was rescued a couple of months ago during one of our sterilizations campaigns in Puerto Rico. Our volunteers couldn’t leave him because he was limping and had a bad eye. He has been healing and we discovered that Mike loves toys and is full of love. Mike is in foster care with two dog sisters, and he is learning to be house-trained and walking on leash. His foster mom says he is an angel and loves him dearly. Mike is active and loves to play. He also loves children.

Mike is male, around five years and weighs 13 pounds. He was treated for heartworms, he only has three legs (but he doesn’t notice it)and can’t see in one eye. Foster mom says he behaves like a healthy dog and he even jumps higher than her other two dogs that have four legs.  For more information contact Ursula at adoptions@pranimals.org.
